What was unimaginable in the US\/West pre-2020 is today\u2019s reality.<\/p>\n

In America alone, international, constitutional and statute laws no longer protect the citizenry.<\/p>\n

Near-jackboot authority reversed what once existed.<\/p>\n

Draconian US rule is hazardous and life-threatening to most of its people and others abroad.<\/p>\n

Given the chilling trend since seasonal flu was deceptively renamed covid \u2014 especially since Biden regime hardliners usurped power \u2014 what\u2019s coming may go way beyond the worst of draconian policies in place.<\/p>\n

What the CDC considers its congressionally granted authority only supporters of tyranny could love.<\/p>\n

Its website states the following:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe federal government derives its authority for isolation and quarantine from the Commerce Clause of the US Constitution (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n

Claiming it\u2019s to \u201cprotect the public by preventing exposure to people who have or may have a contagious disease\u201d is a ruse to conceal a more diabolical aim.<\/p>\n

\u201cUnder section 361 of the Public Health Service Act (42 US Code \u00a7 264), the US Secretary of Health and Human Services is authorized to take measures to prevent the entry and spread of communicable diseases from foreign countries into the United States and between states (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe authority for carrying out these functions on a daily basis has been delegated to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cPublic health authorities at the federal, state, local, and tribal levels may sometimes seek help from police or other law enforcement officers to enforce a public health order (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n

The above is code language for self-empowerment to extrajudicially target and separate from society individuals the CDC considers a threat to public health \u2014 even if the claim is illegitimate.<\/p>\n

Constitutionally mandated separation of powers is a system of checks and balances among the three branches of government to prevent them from overreaching.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s to legally prevent the executive, congressional and judicial branches of exercising powers restricted to the other branches of government.<\/p>\n

According to Northwestern University\u2019s Law Review:<\/p>\n

The Constitution\u2019s separation of powers is important because of the following:<\/p>\n

\u201cIf men (and women) were angels, no government would be necessary.\u201d<\/p>\n

There\u2019d be no need for checks and balances, nor laws to maintain order, or prisons in society where everyone is respectful of others, no military because of no foreign threats.<\/p>\n

Because reality is worlds apart from the above, \u201cgovernment (is in place) to control the governed.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the same time, it\u2019s legally \u201cobliged to control itself\u201d from overreach.<\/p>\n

Powers of each US branch of government are supposed to be coequal to others \u2014 checking and balancing each other to enforce the rule of law.<\/p>\n

How things should be is worlds apart from reality, especially since flu was renamed covid with diabolical aims in mind.<\/p>\n

The three US branches of government largely support all draconian things flu\/covid, especially toxic mass-jabbing designed to destroy health, not protect it as falsely claimed.<\/p>\n

Differences that exist are to what extent policies should be mandated.<\/p>\n

While the CDC hasn\u2019t openly called for involuntarily detaining and quarantining refuseniks, a thin line exists between its self-declared powers and jackboot extremism.<\/p>\n

The Bush\/Cheney regime got Congress to fund FEMA with hundreds of millions of dollars to retrofit former military bases and other facilities into detention camps.<\/p>\n

In November 2008, the Wall Street Journal reported that the incoming Obama\/Biden regime intended no radical overall of the \u201ccontroversial\u201d intelligence apparatus of its predecessor, adding:<\/p>\n

\u201cCivil-liberties groups were among those outraged that (Bush\/Cheney used) harsh intelligence techniques\u2026(including) torture by the CIA, and expanded domestic spy powers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Post-state-sponsored 9\/11, an invented national emergency has existed since artificially declared on 9\/14\/01.<\/p>\n

None existed then or now. Yet on September 9, 2021, the Biden regime \u201ccontinu(ed) for 1 year the (invented) national emergency\u201d in place for the past 20 years.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead, it\u2019s unjustifiably justified on the phony pretext of a \u201ccontinuing and immediate threat of further attacks on the US.\u201d<\/p>\n

None occurred since the mid-19th century war between the states \u2014 other than when US dark forces attacked New York\u2019s twin towers and a Pentagon wing undergoing reconstruction, falsely blaming what happened on bin Laden and Arab \u201cterrorists.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reportedly, hundreds of internment facilities were readied in the US nationwide for use if ordered.<\/p>\n

Unrelated to combatting terrorism, they\u2019re for political dissidents, anti-war, human and civil rights activists, supporters of ethnic justice, racial emancipation, and real economic, social, and political equality across gender and color lines, as well as others for government of, by and for everyone equitably according to the rule of law.<\/p>\n

Notably since the mother of all state-sponsored false flags \u2014 until way surpassed by renaming seasonal flu covid with unprecedented diabolical aims in mind \u2014 US executive, congressional and judicial authorities have been waging war on ordinary Americans.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s all about mass-extermination of unwanted millions \u2014 notably the elderly to greatly reduce Social Security, Medicare and other retirement expenses \u2014 and elimination of what remains of a free and open society.<\/p>\n

On September 9 when the fake Biden issued draconian flu\/covid mandates in defiance of international and constitutional law, he falsely claimed it\u2019s to \u201cprotect the (jabbed) from the un(jabbed).\u201d<\/p>\n

Left unexplained is that reality is the other way around.<\/p>\n

Jabbed individuals shed and spread toxins inoculated into their bodies, threatening the health and well-being of their unjabbed counterparts.<\/p>\n

All of the above explain the ugly reality of what\u2019s going on \u2014 what no one should tolerate unless obsessed with a death wish.<\/p>\n
