US Supreme Court Recklessly Violates the Constitution by Failing to Block Vaccine Mandates<\/b><\/h3>"},"content":{"rendered":"

The United States Supreme Court has proven to
\nbe a totally lawless and judicially chaotic body of traitorous NWO globalists.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The SCOTUS has neglected to rule appropriately even a single time concerning the vaccine mandates.\u00a0 Every case with great merit submitted to the high court has thus far been rebuffed with one judicial deception or another.<\/h3>\n

The bottom line is that those 9 judges are not on our side where it concerns the patently unconstitutional vaccine mandates.\u00a0 They know that neither the U.S. Federal Government nor the 50 states have the lawful authority or legitimate power to order mandatory vaccinations.<\/p>\n

US high court won\u2019t block vaccines for Maine health workers<\/h1>\n

PORTLAND, Maine (AP) \u2014 The U.S. Supreme Court declined Tuesday to block a vaccine requirement imposed on Maine health care workers, the latest defeat for opponents of vaccine mandates.<\/p>\n

It was the first time the Supreme Court weighed in on a statewide vaccine mandate. It previously rejected challenges of vaccine requirements for\u00a0New York City teachers<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Indiana University staff and students.<\/a><\/p>\n

Justice Stephen Breyer rejected the emergency appeal but left the door open to try again as the clock ticks on Maine\u2019s mandate. The state will begin enforcing it Oct. 29.<\/p>\n

The Maine vaccine requirement that was\u00a0put in place by Democratic Gov. Janet Mills<\/a>\u00a0requires hospital and nursing home workers to get vaccinated or risk losing their jobs.<\/p>\n

Opponents tried to block the mandate, but a federal judge rejected the request Oct. 13. The judge said the record indicated regular testing alone wasn\u2019t sufficient to stop the spread of the delta variant.<\/p>\n

That decision set off a flurry of emergency appeals to the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and then the U.S. Supreme Court.<\/p>\n

A three-judge panel of the appeals court in Boston quickly dismissed the emergency appeal but fast-tracked additional arguments. That timetable provides enough time for another ruling before enforcement of the vaccine mandate begins at the end of next week.<\/p>\n

Mat Staver, founder and chair of the Liberty Counsel, which challenged the vaccine mandate, said the Supreme Court is ready to consider the case \u201cif we do not get relief\u201d from the appeals court in the coming days.<\/p>\n

The Maine attorney general\u2019s office declined to comment.<\/p>\n

The Liberty Counsel, which filed the lawsuit in federal court in Maine in August, claimed to be representing more than 2,000 health care workers who don\u2019t want to be forced to be vaccinated.<\/p>\n

Dozens of health care workers have opted to quit, and Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston already curtailed some admissions because of an \u201cacute shortage\u201d of nurses. But most health workers have complied.<\/p>\n

State agencies vowed to work with hospitals and nursing homes individually to address issues.<\/p>\n
