Don Lemon files legal complaint against Megyn Kelly<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The complaint accused Kelly of allowing listeners to be fed a \u201clopsided and inaccurate\u201d story about what occurred between Hice and Lemon.<\/p>\n

Megyn Kelly<\/strong>\u00a0has been put on legal notice by\u00a0Don Lemon<\/strong>\u00a0after the conservative talk show host invited\u00a0Dustin Hice<\/strong>, a man who made sexual harassment accusations against Lemon, onto her\u00a0SiriusXM\u00a0<\/em>radio show.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou permitted Mr. Hice\u2019s statements to go unchallenged during your broadcast, clearly out of a vendetta you have against Mr. Lemon,\u201d read a letter from Lemon\u2019s attorney,\u00a0Caroline J. Polisi<\/strong>, obtained by\u00a0Radar Online.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

The complaint also accused Kelly of allowing listeners to be fed a \u201clopsided and inaccurate\u201d story about what occurred between Hice and Lemon.<\/p>\n

Hice accused the\u00a0CNN\u00a0<\/em>host of sexually assaulting him in Sag Harbor during the summer of 2018. Hice filed a lawsuit a year later and said that he has suffered \u201cfeelings of shame, humiliation, anxiety, anger, and guilt.\u201d<\/p>\n

The incident occurred before Lemon announced his engagement to his partner,\u00a0Tim Malone.<\/strong><\/p>\n
