As close observers of past Presidential and Congressional campaigns have been aware, many candidates are frequently described as “one side of the same coin’with few authentic distinguishing policy differences. It took the 2016 presidential election to heighten public awareness that there is a Uniparty firmly in control of Congress which depends on RINO participation to provide the necessary votes for a totalitarian cultural agenda to prevail.
RINOs come in many shapes and sizes; some are part of the Federal bureaucracy. Congressional RINOs, once known as career politicians as the establishment wing of Republican party, may also be identified as ‘controlled opposition.” They rarely support Red State policies or its Republican base they were elected to represent, especially at key significant moments when they fail to deliver. Given the current struggle within the Republican party to reinvent itself, RINOs may be perceived as ‘soft’ Republicans easy to recognize as their participation depends on comfort with the status quo, little belief in accountability or public disclosure and ultimately may be seen as obedient, intellectually shallow thinkers who are uncomfortable with self-assertion unless benefits exist to satisfy their Deep State ambition.
Simultaneous to the political ground shifting has been awareness that an unelected administrative state of 2.5 million full time employees (not including 4.1 million contract employees) remain firmly embedded within the Federal bureaucracy functioning as a Shadow Government. With as many as seventy five federal departments and agencies, the Shadow Government has the bureaucratic clout to instigate new federal regulations and reinterpret laws most beneficial to a post-Constitutional strategy.
As the current expanding FBI and DOJ crisis exemplifies, the administrative state depends on its RINO-Uniparty cronies as its right arm and to provide mutual cover; as each are unable to function independent of the other; entwined administratively to create a politicization and weaponization of the Federal government. As a result of 911, creation of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Director of National Intelligence and the Patriot Act totally upended civil liberties leading to irrational claims of ‘domestic terrorists’ and threatening the rule of law necessary to a Constitutional Republic.
The Uniparty reliance on the administrative state depends on destabilizing a quaint Constitutional phrase known as ‘separation of powers’ which defines three branches of government with specific responsibilities (aka checks and balances) has been allowed to deteriorate from its original intent. As reiterated in Federalist 47 and 48, products of James Madison’s brilliance and quoting Montesquieu, “There can be no liberty where the legislative and executive powers are united in the same person or body of magistrates’ and Thomas Jefferson “All powers of government result to the legislative body. Concentrating these in the same hands is precisely the definition of despotic government.”
Prior to the 118th Session, Republicans had rarely distinguished themselves as much more than a ‘get-along, go-along’ part of The Club with few real independent initiatives to challenge the established political order. Currently, the Uniparty’s presence within the partisan infrastructure has become more public and awkward as Dems reveal the depth of their true tyrannical nature as hierarchy of the country’s once most prestigious law enforcement agencies expose themselves as proxies for the Deep Stage and no longer Constitutional representatives.
It is, however, those America First-oriented House and Senate Members who, since the 2022 election results, have exhibited more grit, more courage and been willing to seriously push-back more than their predecessors as they share the stark realization that the country’s future hangs in the balance.
Since 2022, there has been a narrow yet vocal ten vote Republican majority in the House which has provided a safe haven for whistleblowers which is now reaching a higher level than ever seen in Congress at one time. While a RINO presence is found in every Congressional Committee, it is especially the House Judiciary, House Oversight and the Ways and Means Committees who are up to their eyeballs in assuming the brunt of critical investigations and whistleblower hearings regarding DOJ – FBI – IRS corruption and accumulating evidence of the Biden family’s IRS abuses and other alleged crimes. To date, those investigations have proven corruption problems at the FBI and DOJ to be systemic in nature.
It has predominately fallen to those House committees in active pursuit of closed-door interviews, depositions, letters of inquiry, subpoenas and public testimony as the aforementioned taxpayer-provided Federal agencies have continued to refuse to cooperate or provide the requested documentation as required by their Constitutional mandate.
With its own share of RINOs, Senate Republicans stubbornly persist in a tight struggle with 49 Rs, 48 Dems and three Independents, none of whom are independent and all vote with the Democrats. The Senate Judiciary Committee continues to grill Biden Administration’s glaringly unqualified judicial nominees with Democrats providing 100% support.

In view of the Durham Report exhibiting too many loose ends and too few indictments, special interest would be to further pursue those FBI players who refused to be interviewed by Special Counsel Durham as Committee push-back for documents continues to meet with inordinate delays and flagrant refusal to provide requested data on the part of Federal agencies. In order to adequately pursue those recalcitrant Federal agencies, all the aforementioned Committees need to staff-up with seasoned attorneys and experienced investigators who thoroughly understand their Constitutionally supported mandate and who exhibit no hesitancy or intimidation to deal appropriately with any resistant Federal bureaucrats who are, after all, mere employees of the Federal government.

Perhaps the most disturbing administrative state overreach and level of law enforcement corruption occurred with the 2016 creation of Operation Crossfire Hurricane by coordinated high level FBI/DOJ operatives who were in full compliance with the Democrat-sponsored “Clinton Plan” to politically and personally destroy the duly-elected 45th President of the United States, as confirmed by the Durham Report. The Plan constructed an elaborate Russiagate campaign as a diversion from Hilary Clinton’s illegal obstruction of justice charge with destruction of 30,000 emails. The goal was to hamper, thwart and otherwise sabotage President Trump’s ability to govern added by the fidelity of the institutionalized media.
No criminal charges were filed and Congressional Republicans, with some exceptions, mostly remained ‘in their places with bright shiny faces’ as they failed to forcefully challenge law enforcement’s mishandling of Clinton’s classified material. Both the Moeller Report and the Durham Report exonerated Trump from any collusion with Russia and yet left little satisfaction about the who and how OCH began as neither appeared to seek the true depth of corruption that has plagued the country for almost a decade.
To date, justice has not been served with no real accountability or consequence for those perpetrators who committed a consistent series of unlawful acts against a duly elected President and the American people. As Rep. Harriet Hageman (Wy.) suggested at the Durham hearing, wicked behavior will not allow the country to stand. The aforementioned Committees have the responsibility to take the OCH investigation beyond Durham’s disappointing results as they persist in their Constitutional prerogative of subpoena requests (and beyond) to bring closure to a what most closely resembles a Banana Republic dictatorship.

Another case in point is RINOs deceit of the recent debt ceiling debate with an unanticipated loss of trust created when House Speaker Kevin McCarthy surreptitiously aligned with the Biden White House, Congressional Dems and its Uniparty caucus to ditch the House-adopted “Limit, Save, Grow Act of 2023 Act” (LSG) (HR 2811) debt ceiling bill. HR 2811 was the result of a concerted effort by a Republican minority to craft a bill acceptable to all 222 Members as a model for the Biden administration.
Given McCarthy’s abandonment of LSG, the House voted, amidst deep anger and frustration, 314 – 117 to support HR 3746, the (Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023) . For no obvious reason, 149 Republicans voted in support while 71 Republicans and 46 Democrats voting No. It is not a stretch to assume that the majority of those 149 Yes votes are RINOs who may represent Republican districts and yet failed to grasp the debt as an impending existential threat; thereby allowing adoption of the Democrats’ open ended non-debt ceiling bill to dramatically increase the $32 Trillion debt. It was not the first time that RINO votes carried the day for the Dems; and until voters clean out the RINO ranks, it won’t be the last.
While the ink was barely dry, the Senate approved HR 3746 on a 63-36 vote, barely achieving the required sixty vote threshold with 17 Republican Senators in favor of the Dem version: Sens. Boozman (Ark), Capito, (WVa.), Collins (Me.) Cornyn (Texas), *Cramer (ND), Ernst (Iowa), Grassley (Iowa), Hoeven (ND), McConnell (Ky.) Moran (Kan), Mullin (Okla), Murkowski (Alk), *Romney (Utah), Rounds (SD), Thune (SD), Tillis (NC) and Young (Ind.). * 2024 Reelection
How many of those Yes votes are from Red states? Three red states (Iowa, No. and So. Dakota) had both Senators vote in support of the Democratic debt package while Sen. Tillis was censured by the North Carolina Republican Party for “straying from the party platform.” What does it take for State or County Republican committees or the obsequious RNC to organize their own ranks and give the Electeds a choice: represent their constituents or pack their desk.
It is no small matter that forty three Senate Republicans signed a letter tocommitting themselves “united behind the House Republican conference in support of spending cuts and structural budget reform as a starting point for negotiations on the debt ceiling” and on May 17th, stood in support with House Republicans on the House side of the Capitol. McCarthy’s flip not only threw his own caucus a curve ball but sandbagged their Republican Senate allies.

It may be that some RINOs have little realization of the deep damage they do to the country and its families but until they take responsibility for their own votes and legislative behavior, this struggle is about nothing less than rescuing the world’s greatest divinely inspired country devoted to freedom and liberty; born of a victorious revolution against the Deep State of its day.
