There is a trial going on in Fulton County Georgia that has nothing to do with racist Trump-hating prosecutor Fani Willis’s RICO sideshow against former president Donald J. Trump but the bombshells that have dropped in the courthouse this week have taken observers by surprise.
Explosive testimony, in this case, will no doubt weigh heavily on Fani Willis’s RICO case and her absurd charges that Trump couldn’t accept defeat to “China Joe” and resorted to conspiring to steal the election.
Since all of the cheating and fraudulent, rule violations, law changes, and election laws broken benefitted Joe Biden in 2020, it is hard to believe that these charges are being taken seriously.
This trial is a disbarment hearing that Merrick Garland and his corrupt Department of Justice have engineered to force Trump’s former Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark to relinquish his license to practice law for the crime of defending Trump because there is no crime here. If this trial against Clark, also a defendant in the Trump RICO case, is a preview of what sort of testimony we can expect in Fani Willis’s case it should be a must-watch TV event, and here is why.
I have written six articles on the dirty 2020 election and I can tell you there is a mountain of evidence proving the election was stolen, which the media has covered up. Since the election, evidence has continued to be uncovered and pile up, but the media continues to say that 60 rigged court cases found no evidence of fraud, and the cases were dismissed, end of story.
They don’t tell you that not a single one of those cases had an evidentiary hearing. Zero evidence was heard and the hundreds of Poll Watchers in the swing states who turned Whistleblower and gave sworn statements that there was widespread fraud and a complete disregard for state election laws were summarily ignored. I have long said that if they use the witness stand in these Trump cases as a soapbox to get this information to the public, it may be the only way they’ll see it, and could blow up all of these cases against Trump & the others. This is precisely what is being done in the Clark case. Win or lose, the evidence is clear that everything was done to secure Biden’s victory in 2020 by hook or crook, mostly crook. See this:

The question is, will Trump’s RICO case be televised? You haven’t heard about the Clark case because news of this trial is censored on every network.
Trump attorney and Constitutional scholar John Eastman was recently disbarred in California for defending Trump, the same way Jeffrey Clark is being railroaded this week in Georgia. Rachel Alexander, who is covering the trial for The Arizona Sun-Times said,
“Hamilton Fox, the DC Bar’s attorney is whining on and on that this prosecution is not partisan. He’s just bloviating and lying. It’s utterly intolerable listening to the arrogant elitist.” Fox has compared questioning this bogus election to the civil unrest of 1860 before the Civil War, which is absurd since more Democrats denied that Trump won in 2016 and none of this partisan lawfare took place.
Cybersecurity expert Harry Hauer testified that Fulton County fraudulently destroyed ballot images which Garland Favorito from voting watchdog group VoterGA previously testified was evidence of fraud. Hauer testified that “a risk management framework analysis wasn’t conducted after the 2020 Georgia election” and said it was a “total breach” and that “the election wasn’t conducted according to the law.” Is this what the Democrats consider a fair and secure election? No reasonable panel of judges would certify this election based on the mountain of fraud uncovered.

While news pundits lie about secure elections and voter security, they ignore this trial with expert testimony debunking their mendacious narrative of the most secure election in history. Americans live in a Twilight Zone bubble of disinformation and don’t have a clue.
Hauer testified that thousands of affidavits of fraud and malfeasance were turned over to the FBI but they refused to investigate. (Do you sense a pattern here?) The information was also given to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), yet they refused to investigate. See this:
Hauer called the after-hours scanning of tens of thousands of votes at The State Farm Arena Counting Center by Ruby Freeman, Shaye Moss, Ralph Jones, and others after Republican poll workers were told to go home for the evening, “an operational security breach that inserted an unknown number of invalid ballots into the system against the rules of conduct of the election.” Hauer concluded that the election was “not valid by cybersecurity standards.” See this:

Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss, famous for their multi-million dollar lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani, for asking questions about their actions, were somehow exonerated for their sketchy activity on election night. After posting incriminating information on social media Ruby said she spoke with the FBI and the Secretary of State’s office who told her to purge her social media accounts but apparently had no interest in her admission of fraud, and featured on video played on Tucker Carlson’s show showing ballots being scanned multiple times.
The Biden Justice Department and the FBI are far more interested in Republican thought crimes than actual vote fraud. Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss were never investigated and received the highest civilian award from President Biden at the White House and testified at the Jan 6 hearings.

Garland Favorito from the Voter integrity group VoterGA took the stand and testified about:
* Missing chain of custody documents
* Missing surveillance tapes of drop boxes
* No Signature verification
* Election laws disregarded
* Dirty voter rolls and invalid copied ballots
* Fake ballots on the wrong paper stock
*Thousands of Double-scanned ballots
* The electronic ballot images were altered before the certification
* Fulton County ballots scanned with no election observers
* 315k poll tapes weren’t signed as required by law invalidating those votes
* 1.7 million ballot images were illegally destroyed in 70 counties (2-year retention is required), and 375K were in Fulton County. This is a violation of both federal and state law.

Mark Wingate, a Fulton County Election Board member testified that he refused to certify the 2020 election because there was no chain of custody of ballots, no signature verification, and 148k fake mail-in ballots that were identified by poll worker whistleblowers as having never been folded and described as ballots that were printed on the wrong paper stock and had been filled in, copied and stacked like they had just come from the printer. A judge ordered Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to turn these questionable ballots over for inspection over a year and a half ago but he’s refused to turn them over. He has also refused to testify under oath about the problematic Dominion voting machines. Does this sound honest and fair?
Raffensperger announced that Trump led by over 100k votes with 98% of the votes counted and fewer than 100k left to count. How could Biden have won without cheating?
Raffensperger knew about these fraudulent ballots shortly after the election, and so did Trump. That’s why Trump called and asked Raffensperger to find him some votes. Trump and his team were well aware of the reports of vote fraud coming in from Georgia and all of the other swing states. I believe that Raffensperger is covering up these fake ballots and that the Fox News settlement with Dominion was an agreed settlement to scare off other news agencies from digging deeper. See this:

Every hallmark of an honest election was breached in 2020 and 2022. Every election law was disregarded in Georgia and every swing state to place Joe Biden in office. The Georgia testimony sounds just like the Kari Lake trial in Maricopa County Arizona when the state admitted they broke the law by not doing signature verification, disregarded election laws, and had no proper chain of custody of ballots.
Despite a mountain of evidence that the election was stolen, it won’t change a thing. It also appears that, like Trump, Mr. Clark’s guilt in this case was already decided before it began.
They are trying to put Trump in prison and disbar and imprison everyone who attempts to expose their crimes. The question Americans must ask is this. Would they consider an election honest and fair or would they believe it is rigged when a state’s election rules and laws are disregarded or violated, and it consistently favors one party over another?
Is cheating now an acceptable election strategy in American politics? That’s a serious question because little has been done to clean any of this up. Will Shaye Moss And Ruby Freeman be scanning ballots in Fulton County in 2024?
Before the 2020 election, the fewest counties won by a successful presidential candidate was 689 or 22% by Barack Obama in 2012 (Source NBC) In 2020 Joe Biden won 538 of the 3113 counties in the US or around 17%. Trump won 2588.
