BEWARE OF MRI-INDUCED GADOLINIUM POISONING
What follows is an update after the Supreme Court of Nevada made an essentially lawless ruling in this travesty of a “frame-up case”.
ADDENDUM AS OF AUGUST 15, 2024:
On August 12, 2024, the lawless charlatans that call themselves Supreme Court of Nevada justices egregiously denied our third and final attempt at justice to have the grand jury reconvene without a single word of explanation. What those seven men and women have done is to effectively and capriciously void any/all Nevada statutes even when it’s a non-discretionary duty as required in NRS 172.241(5). So, now it’s no longer the highest court of justice in Nevada. It’s the state’s highest court of INJUSTICE complete with unaccountable tyranny. In a fair world, Kristina Pickering, Patrica Lee, Linda Bell, Ron Parraguirre, Douglas Herndon, Lidia Stiglich, and Elissa Cadish would be promptly arrested for their brazen malfeasance. As I’m making my RECORD, I clearly state ALL of you lawless charlatans ARE going to answer to your CREATOR/GOD for what you’ve wrongfully done to my wife and I. You are ALL despicable individuals. On August 14, 2024, we submitted our “OBJECTION TO THE SUPREME COURT OF NEVADA ULTRA VIRES AUGUST 12, 2024, ORDER DENYING EN BANC RECONSIDERATION” that was promptly rejected and returned as being unfiled. So, that ends our chapter with so-called higher justice in Nevada.
What now? Well, either we appeal that denial to the Supreme Court of the United States and/or we move forward with the kangaroo state district court “show” trial slated for the spring of 2025.
