As I have been saying for decades, our two major parties are beyond corrupt, especially as they are both part of the MIC War Party that dominates American politics by creating the Washington Consensus for endless wars. http://stateofthenation2012.com/?p=32281
A few weeks ago, I announced my candidacy as a write-in protest candidate to underscore the validity of what Lionel stated and to highlight the illegitimacy of the process as it has morphed into a meaningless exercise more akin to a sports contest or SNL satire.
We need more than entertainment to deal with the vast array of problems besetting our nation They have resulted in large part by the corruption of both parties who are beholden to the VERY Deep State that benefits from our imperial ways that produce perpetual wars
(without peace) as Ike warned and Orwell predicted would be the main characteristic of modern society.
We need something far better than what we have now. Even someone as ostensibly enlightened as Tulsi Gabbard who has championed ending our endless regime change wars refuses to hold accountable those who are on-board the Ukraine gravy train of corruption that includes key figures from both parties: http://stateofthenation.co/?p=2506

The nation is deeply divided and possibly on the verge of Civil War/Martial Law as a result of gun-confiscation efforts and other extreme measures being pushed aggressively by the Democrats in Virginia, California and elsewhere.

My write-in protest candidacy is a quixotic plea for sanity that goes beyond Gabbard’s attempt at civility. It is a first baby-step inviting those who are truly “woke” to heed Lionel and the Founders by rejecting today’s factions that are driving the country towards ruin and tyranny!
Gabbard’s solitary voice for a better way forward has been all but silenced by her colleagues and her own unwillingness to take the next bold step of transcending the discord by being a shining example of a brighter vision for our future by running as an Independent.
My abilities pale in comparison to her potential but my humble effort is necessary at this dark moment that requires the same spirit of action and sacrifice in the name of Liberty exhibited over two hundred years ago by those who fought the British in the Revolutionary War of 1776.
Nothing less than the full measure of devotion to the cause of Freedom is likely to save us from the tyranny lurking around the corner in America today!
