“Letter to the Editor” clarifies slavery in the USA and who ought to be paying reparations and apologizing

The California Republic NEVER had slavery. None!  85% of the now United States NEVER had slavery.

Prior to 1868 and the never ratified 14th amendment, the California Republic was its own independent country.

So why should a country such as the California Republic, which NEVER had slavery,  pay reparations ?

The Spanish Catholics are to blame for the destruction of the Native Indian cultures in California.

The Black African Muslims and British Asiatic Jew slave traders and Jewish slave owners should be making any reparations and making the public apology for slavery.  They are to blame.
