I am In-House Counsel for CL TRUST SOLUTIONS, which is a First Amendment, private club-based organization.
We generally provide estate planning, education and commercial solutions. Occasionally, I have to perform litigation services for Club members in need. This Covid nonsense has me working on the case of SPROUTS FARMERS MARKET (SFM) v. Price, Murietta, California Superior Court, among others.
We firmly believe in personal, sovereign responsibility for oneself and not reliance upon most corporate governmental institutions as we find the Corporate Municipal law form to be inadequate, unpredictable and unreliable, not to mention unjust.
In line with SFM, supra, we are having to deal with issues of mask mandates, proposed mandatory vaccines, among other instances of governmental overreach (i.e. liberties trespass).
I contacted your organization to obtain contact with Dr. Derek Knauss (PhD) as he allegedly tested more than 1500 PCR tests and discovered that all of them contained Influenza A with some B strain.
The fraud being perpetrated by TPTB/CCP/Deep State/WEF, et. al. (in my opinion) is to: 1) reduce population through mRNA/CRISPR vaccine and 2) reset the economic system in favor of the world elites while blocking the masses access to their own “future-labor-interest”, birth certificate, deposits at US Treasury (see HJR-192, 50 USC 4312, 31 CFR 363.6).
Without medical doctor and/or lab technician evidence in the form of an affidavit with exhibits, we cannot prove that Covid-19 does not exist (as stated by Dr. Knauss). Proving that Covid-19 does not exist would cause the entire “house of cards” to fall. No Covid = no disease = no pandemic = no need for a vaccine = no need for travel restrictions, lockdowns, mask wearing, “green passport”, etc. (i.e. the “Mark of the Beast”).
Here in California (ironically), we have the case of Gallagher and Kiley v. Newsom in Sutter County Superior Court, Order by Judge Heckman, November 2, 2020, that ruled that Governor Newsom’s Executive Orders are unconstitutional, illegal, and void.
Judge Heckman issued a permanent injunction against the Governor for enacting any further nonsense. I carry a copy of that order everywhere I go to educate the population.
The so-called “vaccine”, i.e. “the jab”, is not a vaccine. We have proof of that fact.
And, if we are to follow the medical advice of Dr. Eric Nepute, Dr. Mark Trozzi, Dr. Simone Gold, Dr. Derek Knauss, and especially, Dr. Lee Merritt (a former Biowarfare doctor for the US Military), among others, we are looking at a potential “mass death” event for those that took “the jab.”
The work performed by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich (attorney) is excellent. Reading the pleadings by nmstandsup.org and Mainestandsup.org is excellent work.
In reading various articles on microbiology, I have to conclude that we have to treat those “vaccine” recipients as “The Walking Dead” as they may die from a cytokine storm over the next couple of flu seasons.
At CL TRUST SOLUTIONS, we do our best to try to plan out our future predictability in life so this Covid nonsense is shocking to us to watch the American population “cow-tow” to this nonsense.
I also took the time to draft a Governor’s complaint package (last year) along with “cease and desist” documents that support a follow-on de jure grand jury proceeding against unlawful acts by ignorant governmental actors who seek to unconstitutionally shut down businesses when they have no authority to do so.
The founders of this American Republic put many provisions into the State and National constitutions to block this communist nonsense. The grand jury indictment procedure and the Private Attorney General provisions can stop this nonsense cold if We The People will just stand up.
I am personally in ongoing litigation against governmental actors and have been for years. I am but one man. If anyone reading this knows how to make direct contact with Dr. Derek Knauss it would be very much appreciated. Nuff said.
