My letter to ALL 161 members of the NY State Assembly
Dear Assemblyman,
Vote NO on A 279!
The duty of any legislative body in the US is to protect it’s citizen’s rights, NOT to take those rights away under the guise of protecting our health. A297 will create a NY state database that will be used to target those of us who are smart enough to not take an experimental, unapproved by the FDA, DNA altering injection which has resulted in the deaths of of almost 5000 US citizens and over 250,000 serious adverse reactions.

With the latest leak of Dr. Fauci’s emails, several things become immediately apparent.
1) Dr. Fauci knew where the virus came from.
2) He knew that it was engineered.
Francis Boyle drafted the US domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the US Congressand signed into law by President George H.W. Bush. Dr. Boyle has stated from the beginning that Covid is a bioweapon.

In the following video, Nobel Prize winning virologist says that the vaccine is causing the variants. He says that the mass vaccination programs are a “scientific as well as a medical error. It is an unacceptable mistake. The history books will show that. THE CURVE OF VACCINATION IS FOLLOWED BY THE CURVE OF DEATH!” He is asked Should we be vaccinating during a pandemic? He says “It’s unthinkable!” Perhaps in your infinite wisdom (or arrogance) you think you know more than this eminent Nobel prize winning virologist.

3) Dr. Fauci knew that other medical treatments were available in addition to treatments used effectively in 2003, people from Columbia University had reached out to him with suggestions for anti-virals that were already FDA-approved, but Fauci put no time or energy into studying the use of this range of existing medicines. That failure constitutes criminal dereliction of duty and led to untold suffering and countless deaths.
4) There was never a need for a vaccine, but despite readily available, inexpensive, off-patent medicine, Fauci pushed for new vaccines and for the short-term, was happy to block medicine, leading to countless deaths.
For all the above reasons, there is no intelligence backing it, no validity or justification to the push for forced vaccination or implementation of a a vaccine passport system.
Why are the residents of Florida happy, healthy, and prospering? Their government isn’t TYRANNICAL like New York is.
Take Brad Hoylman off of his committees. His ties to Big Pharma are direct and extensive. Is he profiting of the the misery and death of millions New Yorker’s?

New York doesn’t need a legislature looking after our personal health decisions. New York needs a legislature to protect it’s citizens rights. One of the messages I have been hearing is there will be an opt out (or opt in) to A279. The US Constitution does not offer us the opportunity to opt in or out of rights. It was written to protect our rights period! YOU DON’T GIVE US OUR RIGHTS, GOD DOES. It is your duty to protect our rights, not deprive us of them.

As an addendum to my previous email, those of us in the medical freedom movement (millions) will be vigilant in seeing who votes to be coercing or mandating a Covid (Certificate of Vaccination ID) vaccine and other freedom depriving measures such as
A279. We will be reporting each and every member of the NY State Assembly to the 2nd Nuremberg Trials which have already begun. Most assuredly this will include (but not be limited}to those who sponsor such heinous bills.
