New 4-page memo sent by Neil M. Ferguson of Imperial College London to key Covid conspirators describes a secret plot to bring about the UK’s permanent lockdown.
Is this secret team leader memo sent one day after the G7 summit in Cornwall a legitimately stolen blueprint from the global elites? In any case, the ‘FactCheckers’ were very quick to take down the document and label it as fake.

And even if the memorandum is not authentic, it perfectly captures the Covid conspiracy the power elite are putting together today.
The UK government has consistently imposed the most draconian restrictions and illegal national lockdowns. The insidious British mainstream media has also published more outright lies and transparent propaganda about the COVID-19 pandemic and deadly ‘vaccines’ than any other country on Earth! They have often paved the way for America’s “fake news” channels and newspapers to make the never-ending Covid drama sensational and global news.

Page 1 reveals a serious plan, in which Neil M. Ferguson reminds recipients of this Memorandum that it is “critical to stay on track, and for all of us, to remember our common purpose behind this.”

Only a few excerpts from the memorandum translated:
“With the pending decision and announcement by the Prime Minister later today regarding the four-week extension of the UK lockdown, we now have a relatively short time to seize the opportunity, to take the next steps of the complete the process.
It remains crucial for everyone, to stay on track, and for all of us to remember our common purpose behind this. It’s been tough, and it will get tougher, if we stay united and manage to convince most of the country that we’re doing this for good reasons; then we will be able to move on to part 2 of ‘ the plan ‘: in short, this is heading towards a permanent lockdown of the country from Thursday 15 July, with the arguments put forward, which is a spike in the new Indian and Nepalese ‘variants’ of the ‘virus’, (which as we know is just a new name or definition for Hay Fever).
The ‘virus’ has already been very profitable and fruitful for us, and there is no limit, which we cannot take further advantage of, both in financial terms and in terms of reputation. Still, we need to make sure that we have complete and utter cooperation on this, from both the Government and the Media, and to use the rule that ‘it’s just too risky to go through the Summer’. We can ‘model’ increases of these variants in line with, for example:
* anti-Lockdown Protests (this would be a great one to encourage, in light of recent events)
* Euro 21 Football matches in England and Scotland
* where the population increases during the summer months… (and then follows a list of resorts, parks, and other tourist spots)…’

In short, the document says, loosely translated: there will be ‘played’ with so-called ‘variants’ of the ‘virus’, which will cause the NHS (National Health Service) to crash, which is of course exactly the intention. The people will then be more willing to comply with the rules, without asking questions. Once that finish line has been reached, it’s time for the others to go into lockdown, as part of the WEF/Schwaab plan, as they put it, for other reasons such as:
– Environment and Water Scarcity (2022-2023)
– Food shortages (2023-2024)
– Global Financing and Mass Inflation (2024-2025),
culminating in the conclusion of the joint global Kalergi Plan of the UN, WHO and WEF in 2025. The Kalergi Plan is known as the depopulation of Europe.
Furthermore, they already know that this will create a lot of resistance, so they must ensure that this is kept to a minimum. Social media should therefore be exerted as much pressure as possible to protect them from what they are doing, namely:
– Block, ban and delete all posts that go against them.
– Websites should be restricted and even banned from accessing the above groups, including cancellation of all ‘accounts’.
– anti-Lockdown people and their group leaders: their details will be passed on to the police, and they will be arrested. In 2020, this was already made legal by the Coronavirus Act 2020.
– Any parent or carer who does not want to be vaccinated: their child and elderly relative will be taken away from them permanently, or they themselves will be removed from their home and land, regardless of ownership or deeds.
Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google, as we already knew, are also big players in this.
There will be stronger action against the anti-Lockdown movement, and deployment of the military, and police on every street, during the upcoming July lockdown.
Serco, the largest company in the world that most have never heard of, has been commissioned to make ‘Stay At Home Bracelets’. These will serve as Electronic Tags. They will be mandatory for every household in the country, for all residents, tenants, etc. These bracelets will work with the new 5G technology, and will alert the CCC (Central Command Centre) when a person is outside their ‘Confined Space’ has ventured, with penalties ranging from a £50,000 fine to indefinite detention. The first batch of bracelets will be introduced in a number of cities in the UK in August this year, the document said. The second batch will follow in September, and a third batch in November, due to the hard-to-reach areas in the country.
“We must always appear to be the ‘friends of the people’, and that we want the best for everyone,” they say, because of the resistance these measures will provoke, among other things. The ignorant people must not realize what they intend to do! They have equally devised all kinds of variants of the ‘virus’ to get more people to the vaccine. This also requires the production of medicines for colds, flu and hay fever to be stopped; they may no longer be sold from the beginning of July.
If these plans fail, the consequences will be dire, the document continues. If they can continue to manipulate the majority, it makes things a lot easier for them and even gives them some required space to breathe…
