What are the 3 components of this highly organized controlled demolition of the Surfside condo building?

I. The deliberate triggering of a 3.9 earthquake off the coast of Florida by the U.S. Navy on Friday, June 18th.

Did this 40,000 pound bomb exploded off the coast of Florida, that triggered a 3.9 magnitude earthquake, cause the tragic condo collapse in Miami?!

II. The deliberate ignoring of the fact that the Champlain Towers South condominium had major structural damage which inevitably required a controlled demolition.

Was the Surfside condo intentionally taken down because of the engineer’s “major structural damage” report?! 

III. The deliberate controlled demolition of those portions of the condo complex via a mix of conventional demolition explosives, directed energy weapons and micronuclear charges similar to the 9/11 destruction of the Twin Towers.
