Open Letter To Danny Meyer, CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group & Founder of Shake Shack

To: Mr. Danny Meyer, Chief Executive Officer, Union Square Hospitality Group
Dear Mr. Meyer:
I read that as of September 7, 2021 all guests at Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) will be required to show proof that they are fully vaccinated, and that all USHG employees will also be required to be fully vaccinated. Shake Shack has closed down some locations, imposed mask mandates and social distancing requirements for customers, and requires daily health checks, masks, and gloves for Shake Shack employees.
These policies are unfortunately misguided, counterproductive, and go against the great weight of scientific evidence. I believe your new vaccination policy is a terrible mistake. Since you are “a man from Missouri”—skeptical, open-minded, demanding to see the real evidence firsthand before you commit to something—please allow me to share with you the following critically important facts:
1) The mRNA technology used in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines has never been used before on human beings in any vaccine or any other medical product. It’s a highly experimental technology that requires many more years of testing before it could ever be used safely on human beings.
2) All previous clinical trials of an mRNA vaccine to treat coronaviruses have failed miserably. They never passed the Phase 3 stage. Nearly all the test animals died or got very sick after being vaccinated.
3) In the most recent test of an mRNA vaccine to treat coronavirus, all the ferrets died a few months after getting the vaccine. They developed a hyper-inflammatory autoimmune response to the virus or a variant in the wild, which liquefied their innards and they died hideous deaths. Sadly, the people who got the COVID-19 vaccine are now “human guinea pigs” taking part in an unprecedented, reckless global medical experiment. Nobody has any idea how many people will develop a similar hyperinflammatory response like the one that killed the animals.
4) The so-called COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson) do not meet any legal or medical definition of a vaccine. The CDC rewrote its definition of a vaccine to try to encompass these risky, not-fully-approved Genetic Cell-Disruptor Biologic Agents, which program the human body to manufacture trillions of spike proteins.
5) No vaccine, drug, or medical treatment in history has ever before programmed the human body to manufacture a protein. This is an irresponsible gamble with unforeseeable consequences, to put it mildly.
6) The vaccine companies told us the spike proteins which your body will produce are totally safe, inert, beneficial structures. But we now know the spike proteins are pathogenic, toxic, and coagulatory—blood-clot-producing. The spike protein becomes part of the cell wall and, when it breaks off, it damages the cell, injuring multiple organs. The spike-protein fragments get embedded in the endothelial lining of the vascular system. The spike protein is the last thing you would ever want to put into a vaccine—or to have a vaccine instruct your body to manufacture.
7) The vaccine makers assured us that the injected material would remain at the injection site. But we now know that the injected material circulates very quickly throughout the entire body, creating trillions of spike proteins everywhere, with extremely high concentrations in the ovaries, bone marrow, sciatic nerve, and testes. We know this from the leaked Japanese Pfizer trial and also from a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. The CDC, FDA, and other regulatory bodies knew all about this but they kept it hidden from the public.
8) The vaccine makers told us the vaccine ingredients were all proven to be safe and harmless. But we now know that the lipid-nanoparticle hydrogel which acts as the envelope for the synthetic mRNA (Pfizer, Moderna) can cross the blood-brain barrier, causing paralysis, vision loss, neurodegenerative diseases, and other severe damage.
9) The vaccine makers told us the vaxxed person’s body will stop producing spike proteins in a few weeks. But we now know there is no scientific basis for this claim. In fact, the evidence suggests there is no “off-switch”. Once your cells have been programmed to manufacture the spike protein, the body may go on doing so forever. Nobody really knows, because the proper trials were never conducted.
10) In late October 2020 the vaccine manufacturers met with FDA and CDC officials to warn the agencies that 22 major adverse side effects will occur in those who take the vaccines (death, brain inflammation, convulsions, meningitis, Kawasaki disease, stroke, autoimmune disease, miscarriages, etc.). The purpose of the meeting was to determine the best way to keep this information hidden from the public. When the vaccines were rolled out a few weeks later, the package inserts were blank—or, if the Fact Sheet included “Potential Side Effects,” it listed only minor events like headache, mild fever, and slight rash.
11) Because of Points 1 through 10 above, people who got the jab did NOT give informed consent since they were never told about the potential risks of these Genetic Cell-Disruptor Biologic Agents mislabeled “vaccines”. This is a criminal violation of several laws and also violates the Nuremberg code of medical ethics.
12) The CDC has just announced it’s going to tell the FDA to withdraw the PCR diagnostic test, because the CDC now admits the test can’t differentiate between COVID-19 and seasonal flu!! Critics exposed the test as a sham well over a year ago, but they were condemned as “conspiracy theorists”.
13) The World Health Organization quietly rescinded its approval of the PCR test on January 23, 2021, calling for all the people in the world to be retested!! Not a peep from the mainstream media.
14) Dr. Kary Mullis, the Nobel Prize-winning chemist who invented the PCR technique, vehemently objected to its use for Covid because as a diagnostic tool it’s incapable of detecting any infectious disease. Ramped up to 35 cycles or above, the PCR test produces false-positives up to 97% of the time. That’s how the “new Covid cases” data has been vastly inflated. Also, all seasonal flu cases were transferred to the “COVID-19” death column (the flu magically disappeared). And anyone who dies in a car accident or from cancer is classified as “death by COVID-19” if they have a positive PCR test.
15) In reality, there is no excess mortality, and there is no genuine pandemic.
Yet, all of the junk data (now admitted to be junk data by CDC and WHO) was used to declare a pandemic, impose unnecessary lockdowns, masks and other restrictions, wipe out millions of small businesses, destroy the middle class, and plunge hundreds of millions of people around the world into poverty, joblessness, isolation, sickness, and despair.

18) The COVID-19 vaccines—in just their first four months—racked up more deaths and severe adverse events on the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) than ALL OTHER VACCINES COMBINED in VAERS’s entire 31-year existence. Adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccines include death, permanent paralysis, multi-organ system failure in children, permanent vision loss, cardiomyopathy, heart attack, strokes, large blood clots, hemorrhage, miscarriage, stillbirth, Guillan-Barré disease, damage to lungs, kidneys, and pancreas, brain inflammation, brain tumors, spinal damage, immune system impairment, painful Bell’s Palsy lasting weeks, anaphylactic shock, profound non-stop fatigue, and many other negative outcomes.
19) VAERS records “fewer than 1% of deaths and adverse events”, according to a 2010-2011 Harvard Medical School study commissioned by the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. Using this correction factor, a reasonable estimate based on the VAERS data is:
- 1.1 million people killed by the Covid vaccines
- 50 million adverse events
The mainstream media (MSM) endlessly repeats the mantra “The vaccines are safe and effective.” MSM claims the deaths and tragedies are all “just a coincidence” having nothing to do with the vaccines. Do you believe that? Neither do I. A high percentage of the vaxxed who die do so within a week of getting the jab—and thousands drop dead within 1 to 3 days. Many people start deteriorating immediately after the injection and never recover from it.
20) VAERS has a backlog of 2-3 months in registering cases… 30% of U.S. doctors never even heard of VAERS… M.D.’s and nurses who are aware of VAERS are under intense pressure not to report vaccine-related deaths or negative side effects… The CDC scrubs data to hide the actual figures. Hence, the numbers cited in Point 19 may be the tip of the iceberg.
21) The UK and EU vaccine adverse-events reporting systems are tabulating
similar catastrophic results for all the COVID-19 gene-based vaccines in the United Kingdom and European Union countries.
The above facts constitute irrefutable, overwhelming evidence that a vaccine-induced holocaust is well underway. Yet the controlled news media, bought-and-paid for by Big Pharma, remains silent about this slow-burn genocide, while the government relentlessly pushes these unapproved, dangerous, and often deadly “vaccines” on the public. This is insanity.
The vaccines do NOT claim to provide immunity. They do NOT claim to prevent transmission of the virus. They only claim to reduce mild symptoms in infected people, and they don’t do a good job of that either, despite the manufacturers’ greatly exaggerated claims which have been demolished by independent researchers. In fact, huge numbers of people who get the shot are later diagnosed with COVID-19 infection. The vaccines don’t work well at all—and according to many researchers, they are spreading disease through shedding of spike protein and the creation of new viruses.
The recent shocking findings by Canadian M.D. Dr. Charles Hoffe indicate that nearly two-thirds of those who got the COVID-19 injection have tiny microscopic blood clots (too small to detect on MRI or CT scan) permeating their entire capillary network. Most of these people will be dead within 3 years due to blockage of capillaries (pulmonary arterial hypertension), and those who survive will suffer steady debilitation, especially if they take another Covid shot, according to Dr. Hoffe. This finding alone should trigger the immediate suspension of all the COVID-19 genetic “vaccines”. But the mainstream media remains silent, while whipping up totally unfounded fears about supposedly killer variants and demonizing the unvaccinated who acted prudently.
Thousands of distinguished physicians, virologists, immunologists, epidemiologists, molecular geneticists, and medical researchers around the world have called for the immediate withdrawal of all the COVID-19 genetic-based “vaccines”—experts with 20, 30, or 40 years of experience, including Nobel Prize-winning doctors. But their voices are blacked out by the news media. The Big Pharma-paid “fact checkers” smear and distort their findings. Big Tech censors including Facebook, Twitter, and Google remove their articles, interviews, comments, and videos instead of allowing the public to hear what they have to say.
Mr. Meyer, since you are a just and fair man from Missouri, please hear out the following eminent authorities, who are regularly censored and dismissed by the corporate media as “antivaxxers” or “conspiracy theorists.” (Actually, most of them support vaccines if properly tested and evaluated):
**Dr. Michael Yeadon, Pfizer’s former Vice President and Chief Science Officer for Allergic and Respiratory Diseases, issued this warning in March 2021: “I’m well aware of the global crimes against humanity being perpetrated against a large proportion of the world’s population….I have absolutely no doubt that we are in the presence of evil…and dangerous products [the gene-based vaccines].” Basing his observation on his 40-year medical research career, Dr. Yeadon believes the vaccines are medically useless, often lethal, and serve only one conceivable purpose: depopulation. In his professional opinion, all the gene-based Covid vaccines amount to “premeditated murder”.
**Dr. Peter McCullough—an award-winning professor of medicine at Texas A&M College of Medicine, the most cited medical doctor on COVID-19 treatments at the National Library of Medicine, Vice Chief of Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas—warns that the world is now under a multi-pronged attack… the first bioweapon being the COVID-19 virus, followed by the bioweapon of choice—the lethal experimental “vaccines” that are being forced on people around the planet. McCullough was recently interviewed by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, the attorney who won a major class-action lawsuit against Volkswagen over its catalytic-converter rigging, and who is now leading a global team of 100 lawyers and 1,000 doctors in a lawsuit charging crimes against humanity by the institutions and individuals who created the pandemic and violated the Nuremberg code of ethics. Dr. McCullough: “If you said this is all a Gates Foundation program to reduce the population, it’s fitting very well with that hypothesis, right? The first wave was to kill the old people by the respiratory infection, the second wave is to take the survivors and target the young people and sterilize them [with the vaccine]. If you notice the messaging in the country, in the United States, they’re not even interested in old people now. They want the kids. They want the kids, kids, kids, kids kids! They’re such a focus on the kids. We have to stop it. And we have to see what’s behind it.”
**Dr. Roger Hodkinson, top Canadian pathologist and virologist, testified before Canadian government officials that the Covid pandemic is “the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public,” based on “utterly unfounded public hysteria driven by the media and the politicians. It’s outrageous….Masks are utterly useless. There is no evidence base for their effectiveness whatsoever…Social distancing is also useless…It’s just another bad flu, and you’ve got to get your minds around that. Everything should be open tomorrow. I am absolutely outraged that this has reached this level. It should all stop tomorrow.” Dr. Hodkinson has called for a halt to the vaccine rollout, warning that build-up of the spike protein in the placenta and the testes could kill unborn babies in current pregnancies and permanently stop men having children.
**Prof. Luc Montagnier, French virologist and Nobel Prize winner who led the team that identified the AIDS virus (HIV), calls the mass vaccine program for the coronavirus “an enormous mistake…a scientific error as well as a medical error….The history books will show that.” He believes “it is the vaccination that is creating the variants.” These virus variants are resistant to the vaccine, so in every country, he says, “the curve of vaccination is followed by the curve of deaths.”
**Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the core platform technology used in the mRNA vaccines, opposes what he sees as the dangerous misuse of that technology in the Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. He recommends that those who have recovered from natural SARS-CoV-2 infection (ie, the vast majority of people) should NOT get the injection. Dr. Malone points out that the global Covid jab campaign violates bioethics laws designed to prevent undue risks in medical experimentation: “… the adult public are basically research subjects…not being required to sign informed consent due to EUA [Emergency Use Authorization] waiver.”
**Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi—award-winning German-Thai-American microbiologist, former professor at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and head of the Institute for Medical Microbiology and Hygiene—warns that the COVID hysteria is based on lies and that the COVID genetic “vaccines” are set to cause a global catastrophe and decimation of the human population. He predicts widespread deadly clotting as well as immune system deterioration that will destroy the human body. Dr. Bhakdi, one of the most heavily cited authorities in German medical history, calls for criminal prosecution of the people responsible and an immediate halt to this destructive global experiment.
The vaccines were never necessary from the outset because 99.9% of people under the age of 80 spontaneously recover from COVID-19 infection within a few days and usually develop lifelong immunity to the virus and its variants. And there are many cheap, inexpensive remedies widely used around the world to defeat COVID-19, such as ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, budesonide, Vitamins D, C, and B, zinc, etc. Hydroxychloroquine is known to be very effective in fighting COVID-19, but in order for the FDA to grant “Emergency Use Authorization” for the toxic “vaccines” which failed all previous clinical trials, there had to be no other effective treatments available. So the prestigious Lancet and New England Journal of Medicine published spurious research papers to discredit hydroxychloroquine. The articles, which used fabricated data, were later retracted, but by then they had accomplished their purpose and the vaccines were rolled out by President Donald Trump on an unsuspecting, badly informed public.
In view of the above, I urge you to reconsider your company’s announced vaccination policy. By forcing your employees and customers to get the Covid jabs, you would be putting their health in grave jeopardy. The so-called vaccines are thousands of times more dangerous than any alleged COVID-19 virus (which has never been isolated and purified as per Koch’s postulates).
All of the COVID-19 gene-based “vaccines” are harmful and sometimes lethal. They are the new thalidomide, only far worse. They all need to be taken off the market immediately, but this will only happen when enough people of influence with integrity and courage stand up and tell the American people what’s really going on. This is not an issue of Democrat vs. Republican. It’s about the survival of the United States of America. The vaccines and successive booster shots will degrade the health of, and destroy, many millions more if this insanity is allowed to continue.
