Dear All,
Today, I filed my Amended Election Fraud complaint in the State of Florida, where the question is not the presidential race but rather the ballot.
I am forwarding it to you in case you want to be kept in the loop.
While my filing is similar in many ways to other election fraud lawsuits throughout the country, Florida has its own set of issues which are specifically addressed.
To those of you who are fighting election fraud in other parts of the country and who, in doing so, have allowed me to benefit from your finding, I am very grateful.
Just as an overview of my filing, I am pro se, therefore I have only filed on my own behalf. That being said, I have addressed the fact that the disenfranchisement that I encountered was also encountered by every other 2020 voter, in Florida.
As I understand it, juries can award damages to whomever they want, even if the person(s) is not a party. In such, it is possible that a jury would choose to award damages to Florida voters, as a whole. I have added as parties those whom I believe to be most responsible, of course not all parties were added but many were.
I have asked that the 2020 election cycle be set aside and held anew. There is reasonable doubt the will of the voters was expressed in the election, which is the standard for setting aside an election.
I am assuming my pleading is a little unorthodox, but so is attempting to steal the election as a way to overthrow the government. I believe those who have wronged us should have to pay for consequences and be an example/reminder of what will happen if you cross our great People and country.
I can’t make prosecutors prosecute, but I can try to make things right.
Be well,
Christine Scott
