Jeff Childers, Esq.

Happy Thursday, C&Cers! We have a blockbusting roundup for you today. Today’s news includes: Project Veritas drops the hammer, catching Pfizer lying about aborted tissue, and potentially opening up the first round of lawsuits; even more bad poll numbers for Joe Biden, and it’s getting worse than ever; the U.S. Surgeon General uses a REALLY bad example while hustling the injections; the leftist-darling socialist countries edge away from the Moderna injection; the Smithsonian Zoo finds something scarier than Halloween; Singapore’s post-injection performance isn’t looking too good, but never mind; Fauci tries to recreate a horror-movie version 101 Dalmations in real life; and outdoor maskers find themselves in the minority.

🗞*COVID NEWS AND COMMENTARY* 🗞

🔥 Welp, things just got a whole lot more interesting for all the employees who are subject to injection ultimatums. Yesterday, Project Veritas released another undercover video, and it’s going off like a hand grenade under a chicken coop.

James O’Keefe interviewed Melissa Strickler, a Quality Officer at Pfizer, who courageously decided to blow the whistle on the drugmaker. She said lawmakers and lawyers heard her story and encouraged her to contact Project Veritas and sing like a little yellow birdie.

According to the intrepid Strickler, when she had personal questions about whether Pfizer’s drug included aborted tissue remains, she searched the company’s email server and discovered senior managers at Pfizer organizing a conspiracy to conceal the fact that aborted baby kidney tissue was used to make the injections.

The short video presents a series of emails from Pfizer executives discussing the “problem” and what to do about it. One email shows an executive saying that he responded to an outside inquiry about the use of fetal cells by saying “no cells lines from an aborted fetus were used in the manufacturing process[.]” Vanessa Gelman, a senior Vice President at Pfizer, responded saying that “we’ve been trying as much as possible to not mention the fetal cell lines.”

She says that the drug company “tried hard not to share” the fact that “One or more cell lines with an origin that can be traced back to human fetal tissue has been used in laboratory tests associated with the vaccine program.”

One OR MORE cell lines.

Gelman also says, “The risk of communicating this right now outweighs any potential benefit we could see, particularly with general members of the public who may take this information and use it in ways we may not want out there. We have not received any questions from policy makers or media on this issue in the last few weeks, so we want to avoid raising this if possible.”

The RISK of communicating this information. What risk? That you might lose some profits? Well. We can’t have GENERAL MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC knowing stuff, can we?

Pfizer’s Chief Scientific Officer, Philip Dormitzer, admitted in another email that aborted fetus tissue was used in the company’s vaccine program, but he told employees to stick with Pfizer’s talking points that obscure the truth.

“HEK293T cells, used for the IVE assay, are ultimately derived from an aborted fetus,” Dormitzer admitted. “From the perspective of corporate affairs, we want to avoid having the information on fetal cells floating out there,” Gelman said.

Just what are HEK293T cells? HEK is a euphemistic acronym that stands for “Human Embryonic Kidney.”

So.

Twitter disabled Project Veritas’ tweet including the video. You can still see it, but if, for example, you try to ‘like’ the tweet, Twitter gives you the following pop-up message:

Why can’t you Like this? We try to prevent a Tweet like this that otherwise breaks the Twitter Rules from reaching more people, so we have disabled most of the ways to engage with it. If you want to talk about it, you can still Quote Tweet. Learn more.”

What it doesn’t say is WHICH rule the expose video supposedly breaks. It appears to contain only the truthful statements of this Pfizer whistleblower, which — in a sane world — you would think was significantly newsworthy. But I guess not, in Twitter world.

So here’s the most interesting part. Now that we have evidence of intentional deception by Pfizer, assuming it is accurate, the doors for lawsuits just blew wide open. Anybody who took the injection relying on Pfizer’s false or deceptive statements has a potentially HUGE claim for damages. Pfizer isn’t protected from these kinds of damages because they are INTENTIONAL WRONGDOING.

Any employee who took the injection because their employer said so, and the employer published some kind of “Q&A” or something that denies that fetal tissue was used to develop the injections, is also potentially liable. People in this situation who wouldn’t otherwise have taken the injection if they had known the truth should immediately file a strongly-worded complaint with HR. Their employer lied to them, intentionally or negligently.

I’m available to any group, especially religious groups like priests or nuns, who have been damaged by Pfizer’s conspiracy by taking the injections while believing the company’s false or misleading statements. As, I’m sure, are a LOT of other lawyers around the country who are considering the significance of this revelation.

Pfizer has some pretty deep pockets.

And, don’t be surprised if there isn’t a class action started up soon, which folks should probably opt out of. Hang on to your individual claims.

Ooooh I can’t wait to see how this develops!

🔥 Quinnipiac released a devastating poll for Joe Biden:

— 50% disapprove of his handling of the pandemic

— 54% disapprove of his handling of tax policy

— 55% disapprove of his handling of the economy

— 58% disapprove as his performance as “Commander in Chief”

— 58% disapprove of his handling of foreign policy

— 67% disapprove of his handling of immigration

— 67% disapprove of his handling of the border crisis

And:

— 50% say Biden doesn’t care about average Americans

— 50% say Biden is not honest

— 55% say Biden is not competent to run the government

— 56% say Biden is not a good leader

That’s not too good at this early stage of a presidency. Maybe he’ll turn it around? Hey, it could happen. Couldn’t it?

🔥 In a White House Covid Team briefing yesterday, U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy talked about George Washington: “Vaccine requirements are not new. In 1777, President George Washington required soldiers to be inoculated against smallpox.”

George Washington? In 1777? I don’t think that’s a super-awesome example. In 1777, it would still be more than a decade before we even had a Constitution or a Supreme Court where you could argue about it. And, for all his other great accomplishments, and even allowing for the times, Washington still OWNED PEOPLE. He literally thought of them as property. And, the soldiers? Really? The same people Washington was keeping healthy so he could literally send them to their deaths whenever he felt like it?

In a recent series of hit pieces (just before the pandemic), anti-Washington historians gleefully pointed out that the First President used to take his employees’ teeth for making himself better dentures. The whole “wooden dentures” trope was, apparently, a story made up to obscure the sort of pretty disgusting reality about the General’s pearly choppers.

So, I don’t think the vaccination policies of a person who literally treated people like property, and could order them to die any time, and used their bodies for his own benefit, is the poster boy for modern vaccine policy. Just saying. Try again, Vivek.

💉 More bad news for the injections. The AP reported yesterday that Scandinavian authorities have now suspended or discouraged the use of Moderna’s injection for younger people, because of an increased risk of heart inflammation. “Younger people” meaning anybody under 30, at least in Norway.

The three Nordic countries based their decision on a Swedish Public Health Agency study concluding that the Moderna injection signals “an increased risk of side effects such as inflammation of the heart muscle or the pericardium” — the double-walled sac that contains heart and the roots of the main vessels.

“The increase in risk is seen within four weeks after the vaccination, mainly within the first two weeks,” the Swedish Health Agency said.

But here in the US, the CDC says Moderna is great for kids! So, your mileage may vary. You should just probably listen to the CDC. It’s the gold standard. What do those socialists know anyways?

🔥 What’s scarier than Halloween? Yesterday, media widely reported that for the second year in a row, the Smithsonian’s National Zoo is canceling its traditional Boo at the Zoo, or the popular ZooLights event. What are they worried about? Lions and tigers and bears? Ghosts and goblins? Nope. UNINJECTED KIDS. I am not making that up. They are terrified about the little virus-laden tricky treaters. Ick.

Last year, the zoo switched it to “Boo Drive Thru,” making everyone stay in their enclosed cars instead being out in the open air. Because science. But this year, now that over half the country has taken the safe and effective injections, the zoo is cancelling the event entirely. Not even a drive thru. Makes sense, right? SCIENCE.

In more “animal reservoir” news, last month the zoo announced that ALL of the great cats living there were positive for Covid. Probably mask refusers. As of early October, the zoo’s six lions and two tigers were still being “treated for the virus,” somehow, hydroxychloroquine probably, but fortunately tests of both tigers and one lion showed negative. All of the cats are “improving and eating,” says the zoo, in case you were worried about them.

So, the courageous directors of the Smithsonian Zoo are more worried about diminutive trick-or-treaters than literal lions and tigers. Maybe we need some new directors? Just asking.

💉 Fortune Magazine ran an article last week headlined, “Highly-vaccinated, but more cases than ever: Singapore shows the world what ‘endemic’ COVID might look like.”

Uh oh.

Singapore is 80% injected. But the article says the asian country is “battling a record wave of COVID-19 infections.” A RECORD wave. And, according to unnamed “experts,” “more than half” of the cases “are in vaccinated individuals.” So, that’s not good. Singapore’s data shows that 52% of infections in the last month have been among the injected, with only 48% uninjected infected. But don’t worry! Here in the U.S. the injections work completely differently. Just ask your local hospital. Injected people don’t get sick. That’s what they’re telling us. You believe that, right?

“Our aim must be to keep the community as a whole safe while accepting that some people may get infected every now and then,” Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said, announcing that Singapore would probably gradually open up the country. Soon. When the coast is clear.

Prime Minister Loong seems to be a Fauci-level grandmaster master of word salad. That’s how he describes a “record wave?” As “some people may get infected every now and then?” Okay. Got it.

“It will not be possible to eliminate [Covid] any time soon, but we have the tools now to manage it, including vaccines that work,” said a Singaporean scientist quoted in the article.

So I guess you all were WRONG? Again? At long last, have you no shame?

“[Daily infection data] is no longer as relevant as before, given our current strategy of living with Covid-19,” the government said in a statement. See? That’s how you end a pandemic. Just stop reporting the cases all the time. Never mind!

🪳 Just in case your opinion of the deplorable Anthony Fauci could possibly get any worse, an expose published in the Daily Caller yesterday reveals that the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), led by Dr. Anthony Fauci, spent $1.68 million on unnecessary research that killed dozens of beagle puppies.

Fauci is literally a puppy-killer. I heard he likes to make fur coats by stitching together the tiny puppies’ soft little pelts, and wearing them out to swanky DC cocktail parties where everybody tells Fauci how great he is.

According to the article, between October 2018 and February 2019, NIAID-funded research involved force-feeding or injecting 44 beagle puppies aged 6-8 months old with an experimental drug, before killing and dissecting them. They also injected them with parasitic diseases. To make things easier for the researchers to manage, they severed the cute young dogs’ vocal cords, so they couldn’t bark in protest.

Do you think the puppies felt like they were under an injection mandate or anything? Do you ever feel like a beagle puppy these days?

The article says that in August, Republican lawmakers demanded that Fauci explain his agency’s involvement in abusive animal testing that was later deemed unneeded by the FDA. Fauci responded saying, “word salad, with ranch dressing.”

Do you think this will move the needle any with pro-injection dog lovers? Eh, probably not. Pipe dreams.

🦐 This last weekend I checked out “Mini Shrimp Festival” in Fernandina Beach. It’s just a “mini” festival because they canceled the big one earlier this year due to … you know. The plague. Anyway, if that was the miniature version, I can’t wait to see what the full version looks like. The miniature one was four or five city blocks PACKED with people checking out all kinds of cool wares and wall-to-wall arts and crafts. There was some really good art there too, fine art, not just the crafty stuff. Pricey, but obviously the real deal. And oddly, lots of shrimpy products, fried, baked, roasted, on a stick, on a plate, everything. For some reason I couldn’t figure out.

Anyway, the point is: fewer than one in ten folks had masks on. It might have been one in twenty, or even fewer. They stood out like a dead black fingernail. Now, I have to hand it to those folks. They are hanging in there with the masks. They don’t care what anybody thinks. It’s like the opposite of this time last year, whenever it felt like I was the only one NOT wearing a mask. Good for them. If you’re still masking outside, it’s because you are a deeply committed person. To something. Or, you’re jumping bail. Either way.

Have a terrific Thursday, and we’ll catch each other on the flippity-flop.
