The rumor is that Russia has developed a satellite killing weapon. They may also be planning to place a nuclear missile in orbit that could be deployed against any targets on the earth.

These ideas are several decades old and the US and other countries have been thinking along the same lines, or have already accomplished that plan.

Here is a quote posted by Steve Lookner from Agenda Free News:
“Such a satellite-killing weapon, if deployed, could destroy civilian communications, surveillance from space and military command-and control operations by the United States and its allies. At the moment, the United States does not have the ability to counter such a weapon and defend its satellites, a former official said.” Source could be from the NY Times

This info is over 30 years old, but the US gov. released the info now? What is the motive? It is obvious they are beating the drums of war against Russia so they can justify a major military campaign against Russia in the near future.
