What explains why whitish clots were reported for as long as 3 years prior to to the rollout of the Covid injection?

In his Highwire presentation, Tom Haviland made the mistake of waving off the discrepancy in clots observed for 2018 and 2019 by claiming the participants probably “breezed through the survey” to report something they could not have seen if it was due only to the Covid injection, alone. But maybe it was no mistake.
Haviland’s survey may be a signal that the amyloid clots were found in smaller numbers due to, say, fewer Flu shots given in 2018 and 2019, where those vials contained the same ingredients necessary to create the white clots in the Covid injections for 2021 and 2022, but in larger numbers.
