Former Ukraine PM: “NATO planned Nuclear attack on Russia”

Submitted by Renee Parsons

If US President Joe Biden thought for one moment that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine was the answer to his prayers — that a good old-fashioned American war would bring the 2022 election home for the Democrats — he would be mistaken.  The reality is that everything the Biden Administration touches, with its devastating habit of annihilating the hallowed America we once knew and loved, adds a new hyperbolic chaos on top of the old havoc creating a hot bowl of horse puckey; ergo, the war in Ukraine.

What the psyop press and their global taskmasters fail to grasp is that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s strategic objective for military action from day one which he spelled out clearly in his announcement; that he was seeking ‘demilitarization’ and ‘denazifying’ of Ukraine to restore Russia’s border security; to protect the Donbass areas which have been under constant attack since the 2014 coup (with 14,000 deaths) and that his intent was not to occupy Ukraine – but they were not listening.  So how is an adversary to respond when they do not understand; are not operating within the same reality, and continue to apply their own outdated, flawed agenda to a virtual situation beyond their intellectual, psychological and strategic grasp.

While Putin referred to the need to protect the Donbass region which had been bullied and  targeted for ‘genocide’ for the last eight years by the Ukraine nationalists, he did not specifically mention the potential of an expected major offensive against the Donetsk and Lugansk Peoples Republics which was later confirmed by Major General Igor Konashenkov, an official representative of the Ministry of Defense.  Konashenkov suggested that the ‘special operation’ of the Russian armed forces occurred on February 24th in order to prevent a large-scale offensive scheduled by Ukrainian strike groups against the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics.  Konashenkov referred to a confidential combat order from the National Guard of Ukraine that claimed to outline preparations for the offensive.

In further confirmation of Konashenkov’s revelations, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov (2004, 2005 and 2010) stated in a Facebook interview that in order “To prevent World War III and an attack on Russia with nuclear weapons, the Russian government decided to neutralize the threat and restore order in Ukraine”

Azarov stated that “NATO was planning a nuclear attack on Russia and that since December 2021, Russia has been receiving information about NATO plans to deploy four military brigades (2 land, one navy, one air) within Ukraine.”  One of those brigades could conceivably carry nuclear warheads

In addition, Azarov stated that the Ukrainian army, similar to Konashenkov’s assertion, also planned to launch a military operation in the Donbass region to wipe out the Russian-speaking population.  Azarov believed that confrontation was to be coordinated with the United States and was set to launch on February 25, 2022.  Putin announced his ‘special military operation” on February 22 and the Russian Army began their offensive into Ukraine on February 24th.

Azarov further stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin had saved hundreds of thousands of lives in Donetsk and Luhansk (known collectively as The Donbass region) by ordering the February 22 “special military operation” in Ukraine.  Azarov also revealed that a week before Russia launched its military operation in Ukraine, the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) forces seized a Ukrainian Army map, which detailed a large-scale attack on the Donbass republics which sounds similar to the ’combat order’ that Konashenkov referred to.

In an additional extraordinary circumstance, it was further reported that Ukraine ‘specialists’ were working on a ‘dirty bomb’ using the reprocessed plutonium from the now defunct Chernobyl nuclear power plant – as its increased background radiation was a perfect foil to explain the necessary radioactive work.  Upon entering Ukraine on February 24, Russian troops made a hasty advance on the Chernobyl plant as a high voltage power line was damaged in fighting with Ukraine troops.  Its pumps have been repaired and continue to keep spent nuclear fuel cool to prevent radiation leaks. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) played down concerns, saying it saw little risk of the pools containing the spent fuel overheating even without electricity.

In addition, the Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology was reportedly assigned a key role creating a nuclear explosive device with technologies secretly acquired for centrifuge enrichment of uranium and laser isotope separation from the west.

Lawrence Livermore Labs in California would be one possible source of such materials as a Department of Energy nuclear research facility  requires no Congressional oversight or accountability and operates under the familiar rubric of national security.

Since Ukraine did not become a unified country until 1991 upon dissolution of the Soviet Union, it has never been a signatoree to the international Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons (BTWC). Therefore, Ukraine is technically not in violation of the BTWC since it never agreed to abide by the principles of the agreement.

Therefore, Ukraine provided the ideal location and political climate for the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) to establish a broad, unlimited number of bioweapon labs throughout the country, all under the vague category of research labs or institutes and none requiring any US federal government oversight.

The recent report of a Toshka-U ballistic missile attack on civilians in the city of Donetsk, although intercepted in mid air and destroyed killed two dozen citizens, confirms that the Ukraine forces are willing to use whatever violence is necessary to destroy the Donbass region.
