Here’s the Plandemic bad actor bureaucratically responsible for the ‘gain of function’ weaponization of COVID-19 at the Pentagon-controlled Wuhan bioweapon lab.

FAUCI: LISA MONACO REINSTATED U.S. GAIN OF FUNCTION FUNDING

In an inadvertent comment at the conclusion of a “resist” Trump event at Georgetown University on January 10th, 2017, days before President Trump’s inauguration, Anthony Fauci revealed that it was Lisa Monaco who directed the Obama White House gain of function policy change that led to the Wuhan Virus “plandemic.”

Lisa Monaco is not a virologist. She’s not a scientist. She’s a political operative. At the time she was Obama’s senior advisor on homeland security and counterterrorism.

“Because when we have our discussions as a whole of government response,” said Fauci, “… in the room are,  you know, the National Security Council. I mean, Lisa Monaco — when we really get up to a big decision, we have Lisa there. We have Amy (Pope) there. We have the people from the security there. And we have all the health people there. We have the CDC, the FDA, myself, and the Secretary (Burrell, of Health and Human Services.)”

Fauci’s statement came the day after President Obama announced through his Office of Science and Technology Policy that he was reinstating U.S. government funding for dangerous gain of function (GOF) research. So according to Fauci, while the GOF reinstatement was announced by scientists, the decision was made by Obama’s senior intelligence operative.

I’ve described how that decision was part of a nefarious course of events in my Substack titled: Evil Obama’s Poison Pill. I’d recommend reading it. Fauci’s unmasking of Monaco corroborates what I wrote.

And it was a question — an inquiry into Fauci’s role as a global spokesman representing the U.S. government’s health community while also dealing with the intelligence community — that pulled the information out of him. He certainly didn’t offer it during his lengthy speech.

The timing is significant too. It came days after he, his health community colleagues, and representatives of the intelligence community had secretly gathered at the White House to suddenly come to an about-face agreement on a deadly scientific research technique.

So why then? Why days before they left office did they make this momentous change to scientific research policy?

Why indeed.

The health experts in that Georgetown audience knew the GOF decision was significant. They knew it had to be vetted by the intelligence community. And they wanted to know — through Fauci — how that would affect their research going forward.

And for us non-scientists, why was the intelligence community so involved in U.S. government GOF research? Mostly because they feared it could be used by terrorists for a biowarfare attack. But also, in a far-fetched scenario, to prevent it from being used to instigate a coup against the president of the United States.

And now we all know that’s exactly what the intelligence community didn’t prevent.

(Side note: It would be helpful to have Obama’s White House visitor logs of this time period to deepen our understanding of who all attended this meeting, but Obama didn’t release the logs that cover the last three months of his second term. Another way to say it is, once Trump won, Team Obama went dark on who in the health and intelligence communities visited his White House.)

And as Fauci and everyone in that room knew, reversing the GOF funding pause was as “big” a health decision as Team Obama ever made. And now we see that according to Fauci, it was Lisa Monaco’s call.

Days before Trump took over.

Here’s a video clip of the full answer Fauci gave to the final question posed to him by Alan Weil, editor-in-chief of Health Affairs, at the Georgetown University Center for Global Health Science and Security’s Pandemic Preparedness in the Next Administration event, which was essentially Ron Klain and Fauci kicking off a biowarfare psyop against President-elect Donald Trump.

And the world.

There’s much to unpack in Fauci’s answer, and I’ll return to it in a moment.

But the gist is: Lisa Monaco, one of the fiercest partisans in the Obama White House, who was then primally outraged that Donald Trump had been elected president, green-lighted funding for pandemic potential research that she knew was then being conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. She was Obama’s intelligence operative. She knew.

Evil, evil, evil.

So that was Fauci’s full answer. Here’s the full question.

Notably, Weil’s query followed closely the sole question for Fauci from the audience, posed by Kavita Berger of Gryphon Scientific, about GOF, which she refers to as “dual use research of concern with pandemic potential.” Notice how she points out her appreciation for how Fauci and Klain’s had earlier referred “very nicely” to leveraging the scientific information.

Just as a reminder, here’s a clip of the Ron Klain remarks she referenced.

And here’s the clip of Kavita Berger’s question.

Wow, Kavita: What did “respond in an appropriate way” mean then, as opposed to what it means now? And why did you seem so eager to push the science robustly despite the security risk?

Here’s why. Berger was not just a random questioner. At the time she was a recognized expert in biodefense policy. Here are a couple screenshots of a report she submitted in June 2018.

In this screenshot of page 57, in the key findings section, she wants MORE funding for dangerous research and she refers specifically to research with SARs viruses — from which the Wuhan Virus emanated. Essentially her report parrots Ron Klain’s threats against Trump for his intended budget cuts of Obama’s biowarfare infrastructure.

And finally here’s the clip of Fauci’s creepy answer to Kavita Berger’s “trust the science” question.

Fauci’s answer is key to understanding the Wuhan “plandemic.” Here’s the telling quote: “The answer is going to sound somewhat simplistic. But it is that you always guide by the science as long as you stay within the general rules and regulations that are made by society … it has not interfered with our ability to do the kinds of research that we want to do on pathogens of concern. It just hasn’t … the good news about that is that it sets up now an evidence-based scientific system to evaluate experiments as you’re thinking of planning them. So rather than saying do it and then see if it worked out or not, it says, this is what you want to do. These are the guidelines. If you go by the guidelines, then we know what you’re doing. I haven’t seen this interfere in any way with anything that I think is scientifically important.”

Just days ago, British newspaper The Sunday Times published a lengthy article on how COVID-19 originated through suspicious circumstances in the Wuhan Lab. Here’s the link. I found it on Citizen Free Press with no paywall.

One of the Sunday Times’ findings was that GOF research conducted surreptitiously by Chinese military scientists alongside the EcoHealth Alliance research, which was funded by NIH, appears to have been the source of an accidental outbreak in Wuhan in November 2019.

I disagree with this finding and will offer evidence to support my assertions in future posts. I believe the virus was intentionally released by both American and Chinese criminals and traitors much earlier than November 2019.

But the important points that I see in the Sunday Times article is its proof of how foolish Fauci was in his belief that CCP military scientists would follow the “general rules and regulations that are made by society” — and how stupid he was to think that Peter Daszak and other recipients of GOF funding followed “the guidelines.”

Fauci ran the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for decades, wrestling with huge budgets, and then suddenly when the GOF funding stream is restored to allow deadly research, he doesn’t have a worry in the world about contractor compliance?

And now the question has to be asked: Did Fauci and all those ObamaBiden operatives screw up the GOF decision, or did they do it on purpose?

I think they did it on purpose, and the clue is in how Fauci answered Weil’s question about the involvement of the intelligence community. When he said, “We have the people from the security there,” he was covering for certain people. So he unmasked Lisa Monaco and Amy Pope, but no one else.

Hmmm.

Who could have been in that specific meeting on restoring GOF funding — Obama, Biden, Klain?

Could be. Without the visitor logs, we won’t know for sure.

But here’s another clue I just happened to stumble across. Below is a screenshot of a readout of the Obama administration make-believe pandemic tabletop exercise. This is the same exercise that Lisa Monaco and Susan Rice would later use quite effectively in April 2020 as an example of how the Trump administration had ignored their warnings of a potential pandemic. It was effective because Obama’s media pals reported it with such gusto it became global “truth.” And it’s the same tabletop exercise I wrote about in my Evil Obama’s Poison Pill Substack.

But also listed in this readout are those who assisted in that transition exercise. Susan Rice is there. So is Avril Haines and John Brennan. These are the security names Fauci didn’t mention. But there they are in black and white.

Susan Rice jumped aboard the SS Biden for a while, but has since fled that sinking ship. Avril Haines is now Joe Biden’s sociopathic Director of National Intelligence who just can’t quite figure out how the Wuhan Virus originated. John Brennan is a now-discredited intelligence goon.

And whose name is down as the chair? Lisa Monaco.

Here’s the link.

And here are the Trump administration participants.

In my last post, I referred to Fauci as a sociopath.

Now by that list of ObamaBiden transition operatives, it looks like he was one of a crowd of sociopaths. And the only names missing are Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Ron Klain.

So yes, here’s my correction. I wasn’t wrong that Fauci is a sociopath. He is. But I was wrong (sort of) when I said he didn’t address gain of function (GOF) issues during the event. Because while he didn’t address it in his formal remarks, as we now know, he addressed it quite revealingly in the Q&A. I regret my error.

Here’s the whole clip of the Fauci Q&A

And by the way, the sociopaths who unleashed this pandemic on the world weren’t just Obama politicos. Some of them were the “professionals” there in the audience at Georgetown. I’ll have more on them in future Substacks.

* * * * *

Still no contact from the FBI about my tip identifying Joe Biden and Jake Sullivan as co-conspirators in a Burisma kickback scheme. But it’s a good story, and I’m now enlisting open-minded media to report it. And the word is getting out. As for the the closed-minded media, they’re next.

I’ve made a lot of progress toward getting Joe Biden impeached, but there’s more to do. Any help I can get to further that cause will be greatly appreciated. I promised you a front row seat, and I’m delivering. Lots more on the way.
