Hmmmm. Surely attempted and premeditated. Waited for just the right moment as backing out to quickly pull in behind, shoots at her, as she speeds away. Then shooter hops into his car to follow her, she realizes she is shot, decides to just drive back home, and drives up the lawn to her home, and runs inside. The shooter comes back after her AGAIN, and then decides to finally drive away. The woman was shot, but injuries not life threatening. Would like to hear more about the ‘why’, but seems oddly coincidental that it is a MI election whistleblower.
This shooter was determined to KILL her. That much is super clear.
