In reading your articles on Sen. Harris, I haven’t come across any reference to the fact that she isn’t eligible for the job, either of VP or potential POTUS. The reason: She is not a ’natural born’ citizen.
What is the definition of a NBC?
At the time that it was codified in the Constitution as an eligibility requirement for the office of the presidency, a NBC was understood (for which there is ample evidence) to be a person “born in the country, of parents who are citizens” thereof. The definition is from the definitive tome of the day on such nation-building matters, E. de Vattel’s ‘The Law of Nations’ (Book One, Ch. XIX, Sect. 212).* And that eligibility requirement for that particular federal office, and that of VP, STILL STANDS, absent a constitutional amendment to the contrary. Either one or both of Sen. Harris’s parents were not U.S. citizens at the time of her birth. Thus, she is not eligible for either office, as codified in the 12th Amendment.
This fact will draw attention to the allied matter that Barack Hussein Obama was not eligible for that position either, on the same basis. (All the ‘birther’ business obscuring that fundamental fact; it was not so much a question of where he was born, but of who his parents were. He was ineligible right there. Which is past business that needs to be addressed. And for BHO to be arrested on charges of fraud, perjury, and treason. And for all of the legislation that he signed into law, and all of the E.O.’s and P.D.’s that he issued, and all of the appointments that he made – including to the SCOTUS, and inferior courts – to go with him… into the trash bin. For it to be as though he had never been in that position. For, he was never there legally.
And for this nation, thereby, to get back to THE RULE OF LAW. And CERTAINLY not to attempt to build on constitutional error – and such a major error as that. Or that will be the end of the American Republic— federal constitutional republic, as it was conceived. And the entrance into an era of tyrants.

P.S. The whole point of the exercise on the part of the constitutional Framers was to make sure (at least as far as they could) that the occupant of the POTUS office — who would as well, then, become the Commander-in-Chief of the nation’s armed forces which was a major factor in the matter, at least according to a letter by statesman John Jay to George Washington, in the latter’s role as president of the Convention — had NO DUAL OR OTHERWISE CONFLICTING LOYALTIES OR ALLEGIANCES OR INFLUENCES. That they Had SOLE ALLEGIANCE to the United States.
