The moral compass has been broken for a long time, replaced by a fear-driven media and government hoax destroying the social and family structures along with the lives of the elderly and sick.
For one year we have been carrying out the orders from The Powers That Be (TPTB) and for many, we have done research to suggest that we have been conned.
Whether the virus is real or a hoax, the collateral physical and psychological deaths and harm have far outweighed the damage that this supposed virus can do. At no point was there any governmental or ministry of health guidelines to suggest or recommend any alternative remedies or treatment but they rushed along an unproven vaccine designed to alter our RNA, along with drastic measures of control.
When we look at “teamwork”, we think of people acting together to obtain a positive result yet here we are with a reinforced “divide and conquer” routine designed to keep us all apart and in fear of retribution if we don’t follow orders.
There is so much unprecedented proof that the supposed virus was NOT real and yet we no longer work as a team. Without residents we don’t have a team; without front line workers, clean up, dietary etc., we don’t have a team; and without management we don’t have a team—period.
All of us combine in “harmony” to get the result we originally signed on for and that is “CARE”.
The operators driving this ship have systematically given orders that are both contradictory and hypocritical causing stress amongst everyone under this and other umbrellas.
Plain and simply put, this team concept has broken down and the damage is somewhat irreparable in the near or maybe distant future, as lives have suffered.
Many have sacrificed long physical hours of work, family and social life and also the fatigue of mental stress with no apparent remedy in sight.
All of us are human and here we are burned out from all of the imposing and hypocritical contradictions.
There are so many fights and arguments on a daily basis that resolution is not going to happen unless we all PUSH BACK together as a team; as dissension is at an all time high.
Fires after fires are created daily with the frustrations and anger along with disappointment, and all too frequently gasoline is poured onto from within.
We don’t stand a chance of survival or of fixing these bogus problems created TPTB as we are so consumed with putting out their fires that more and more disharmony is created amongst ourselves.
We are constantly at battle with each other so that there is no time seemingly to push back.
The credentials of the book smart leaders has to take a step forward and connect the dots, create forums and openly discuss the complete failure of what they originally signed on for and that is CARE.
The SYSTEM is not only broken, it is singlehandedly the cause and effect of our sufferings today as a team.
To right this ship, it takes a team-oriented philosophy to guide it back on course, as the rules and regulations forced upon us not only don’t work but are destroying lives and future lives.
That alone takes all hands on deck and the captain and his or her crew has to stand tall for the health and safety of others.
We have to initiate the moral compass again and expeditiously terminate the countless atrocities that create the doom and gloom affecting us all.
A fresh starting point could be to create like-minded forums of the various “captains” and officers using FACTS to help determine where their moral compass is set and implement plans to go ahead.
It is well past the “sell date” to speak up and push back. All the supporting cast members who makes this a team effort must be included as their loyalty to the truth is necessary to shut down the Covid juggernaut for good.
