COMPLAINT TO THE DoJ

In 2018, I submitted a digital statement to the FBI that identified several individuals who had committed major federal crimes. The information I provided directly related to an ongoing federal investigation into the “One October” mass shooting that occurred in Las Vegas, NV, where gunman Stephen Paddock is believed to have acted alone in carrying out this crime.

This belief is either a mistaken understanding by law enforcement born out of gross negligence, or a deliberately false claim they’ve made to the media, as I have firsthand information invariably indicating that Mr. Paddock had been aided in both the planning and execution of the crime by co-conspirators, several of whom were identified in the statement I’ve submitted to the FBI.

I also informed the FBI in this statement that I was currently being subjected to fairly extreme forms of witness intimidation at the hands of these co-conspirators and their associates, which included a death threat delivered while a loaded firearm was pointed at my head and a violent attack undertaken by an individual armed with a deadly weapon. I also informed them that I had evidence in my possession and I wished to give it to them for safe keeping.

This statement contained my current contact information, and clearly requested that I be contacted immediately by an agent, yet nearly three years later, the FBI has never made an attempt to contact me.

Again, I made an offer to turn over evidence in my possession related to the homicide of 60 people and it still has not been secured three years later. Unfortunately, most of it has now been lost (in its original format, much of it had been backed up) when a cell phone containing incriminating text messages was stolen from me.

I’ve also had a meeting after contacting the FBI with the former deputy mayor of Las Vegas, Michele Fiore, in her city hall office, where I presented the above information and requested that she reach out to established contacts she had in the FBI to draw their attention to my situation. This measure also proved to be unsuccessful. Despite her promises to act immediately on the information I provided and get back to me very soon, I have heard from neither Ms. Fiore nor anyone with the FBI.

Additionally, I’ve submitted a witness statement to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in the early part of 2019, which I requested be forwarded to the FBI. I was informed the following day by a detective that neither his department, nor the FBI, had any interest in “opening this huge can of worms” that is contained in my statement. I was told in no uncertain terms that neither agency would be looking into my claims, nor securing the evidence in my possession, nor providing me with any level of protection (this statement was filed two days after I had been physically attacked) other than giving me advice to immediately stop talking to anyone about this matter. I was bluntly told if I “foolishly” refused this advice, I would have nobody to blame but myself when my “big mouth” eventually winds-up getting “permanently closed”.

Additionally, shortly after the mass shooting, I was approached by an individual, Dawn “Starr” Andreason, who credibly claimed to be speaking on the FBI’s behalf. I say credibly based upon her accurate prediction of future law enforcement activity directly related to the mass shooting, along with her detailed knowledge that I had approached the FBI and shared information that directly led to my involvement in this mass shooting, which according to Ms. Andreason was a failed assassination attempt carried out against me in retaliation for taking to the FBI about a matter involving high level organized crime ten months prior.

Andreason claimed that the mass shooting was simply a carefully designed red herring attempt to conceal the motivation of my expected murder (and perhaps other enemies of this organized crime group as well) by making it appear that I (we) had simply been at the wrong place at the wrong time when a mentally unbalanced person began randomly firing into a crowd of people.

I had been extremely guarded about this encounter with the FBI and had not — to my recollection — informed anyone of what I had told them other than two attorneys, yet Ms. Andreason nonetheless knew that I had approached them, along with when I had done so and what I had told them. This gives me quite a bit of confidence in what she told me, and I firmly believe she had spoken on the behalf of the FBI, whom she claimed was refusing to approach me directly out of concern I’d inform the media of the encounter and create a “p.r. disaster” for the agency.

Ms. Andreason also informed me that the FBI had long been protecting me from the individuals involved in the mass shooting, and that a second unsuccessful attempt had just been made on my life several days earlier when a friend she had just began dating at the FBI’s request got cold feet at the last minute and found a way to avoid carrying out an “order” to kill me.

Indeed, this friend had approached me several nights earlier and asked me to meet him in a dark, isolated area in ten minutes, but then never showed up. However, I do not believe cold feet caused his failure to arrive because while I was waiting for him to arrive, police cars began saturating the area with sirens blaring and a police helicopter was soon hovering right over the top of my car. Records show he was arrested at this time. He would proceed to threaten my life while holding a loaded firearm to my head several months later on the same day he was released from jail.

Ms. Andreason implored me to remain silent about what I knew regarding the mass shooting, promising me that the FBI was fully aware of everything I knew and they were in the process of building a case against these co-conspirators. She pleaded with me to be patient and assured me that arrests would be coming in the near future, including one that was going to be made in only a few days when Mr. Paddock’s brother would be taken into custody. She accurately predicted he would be arrested on child porn charges in Los Angeles. She even told me the exact date and the time of day this was going to occur.

An SMS exchange I had with a friend at this time proves I possessed foreknowledge that this arrest was going to occur and that I had been informed I was in grave danger.

Ms. Andreason also issued a thinly veiled threat when she told me that if I didn’t remain quiet about what I knew then the FBI would eventually stop protecting me and I’d wind up dead shortly thereafter.

Three and a half years have now passed since this conversation occurred and the only arrest that has been made was that of Mr. Paddock’s brother. Several individuals (with ties to high level organized crime, might I add) having very serious criminal involvement in the mass murder of 60 innocent people are still out there walking the streets, despite the FBI’s knowledge of their involvement in this crime (or perhaps the FBI’s gross negligence in not knowing), and might I also add, these sociopaths are still apparently free to do whatever they deem necessary to intimidate a witness from coming forward with what I know.

Please do something to correct this injustice. One way or the other, there is now going to be a “p.r. nightmare.” My patience has been totally exhausted by the Clark County Sheriff, who recently decided to directly take a role in the witness intimidation I’ve been facing in order to protect his ambitions to be elected governor in the next election. Therefore, I’ve spent the past few days contacting reporters to inform them of this matter. They’ll also be receiving a copy of this complaint, as will the chairmen and ranking members of the congressional committees overseeing the Department of Justice.

The federal government might as well finally do the right thing and stop covering their own ass from backlash for failing to do their job and allowing 60 people to be murdered, while also hanging a witness out to dry in the process. Thank you for your time.
