As a doctor, working in ICUs with covid patients, I can tell you ….it has to do with microthrombembolic disease of the lungs and other systems. Micro clots are not visible on imaging, except that D Dimer levels are raised.  

Elite athlete’s pulmonary reserves are tremendous, but if you knock off half or more of the oxygen binding sites with micro clots, then these elites reserve goes to zero, and they go into a right heart failure. This then causes chest pains, since the right heart is the thinner and less muscular chamber.

Anything with spike proteins and the RBN furin cleavage site,  including mRNA vaccines, causes clotting.  Hence, the issue is the body’s innate reaction to the spike protein activation of the clotting cascade.

Ways to over come said problem, recharge immune system. Fasting, Vit. C, Vit. D, Zinc, free radical scavengers and magnesium; and taking low dose aspirin once a day and sometimes even twice a day.
