The Department of Homeland Security has released new guidelines on “extremist” behavior, which include questioning the 2020 presidential election, the breach of the Capitol on January 6, 2021, or the COVID pandemic and mandates.
Over half of the US population question the 2020 election. The memo acknowledges the DHS struggles to define exactly what “extremist behavior” actually means.
