Is Zelensky planning on blowing up the Kherson dam to blame Russia?!

As Zelensky gaslights the world about possible
Kherson dam destruction by Russia (see YouTube
video below), Ukraine and NATO are deliberately
firing missiles into the hydroelectric plant.
