What does Justice look like at the US District Court in D.C.?

“Neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will
secure
the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners
are universally
corrupt.”      — Samuel Adams (Circa 1777)

As the fourth indictment against former President Donald Trump has been filed by the semi-literate Fulton County District Attorney amid a problematic grand jury process, the sum of all parts is a clear confirmation that the globalist regime have initiated another coordinated attack on free speech with a massive weaponization on the country’s judicial process as one element in their agenda to takedown the world’s greatest Constitutional Republic.

In its relentless war on Trump, Democrats are on a roll having created an institutional template that controls much of the country’s Judiciary.  There is an unreal quality about the four indictments like an unstoppable steamroller with an agenda to criminalize any election, so utterly unAmerican since arguing about election results became a venerated tradition after Washington’s unanimous election in 1789.  Today’s utterly unconstitutional politically tainted attacks are indicative of a Marxist tactic: think east German Stasi political show trials.

As the indictments unfold, the American public is now privy to the collapse of the country’s judicial system; that has succumbed to partisan and ideological illegitimate preferences using the law as a weapon rather than a judicial constitutional philosophy based on due process and its legal interpretations.

It is the election riggers themselves who benefit from creating a confused political environment as spreading a calculated lawfare strategy with multiple indictments in four different locations especially including eighteen co-conspirators in the Atlanta indictment.  The entire experience of multiple indictments has taken on elements of a reign of terror with its unapologetic corruption blatantly exposed.

Once referred to as Democrats, the party of Jefferson and JFK  has descended into a deep, dark hole of bolshevism with a history of electoral hypocrisy as they challenged results of the 2020, 2018, 2016 and 2000 elections.

If the Democrats are successful, all future elections are in jeopardy, not to mention the very existence of the world’s first self-governed country devolves into an incapacitated Republican party with feeble minded candidates.  Today’s Congressional Republicans (with some exceptions) are on their butts, tweeting and wringing their hands but offering few useful opinions, solutions or real opposition.  While RINOs did not win 2016, they immediately moved to destabilize and take control of the Trump administration beginning with the removal of Gen. Michael Flynn.

All of which brings to mind the realization that the current rampage of lawfare may have begun with hundreds of prosecutions after the January 6th disturbance as a sort of proving ground for the Feds to nefariously leverage the Capitol terrain with a large crowd of 250,000 into an uncontrollable insurrection.  It is estimated that J6 investigation is perhaps the largest criminal probe in American history with the DOJ/FBI 2022 request of $10 Billion including 577  new FBI positions.  The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 included a $38.7 Billion increase for the DOJ which is $3.5 B over 2022 levels and $11.3 Billion for the FBI which includes $596 Million over 2022 level with $524 million above President’s budget request for investigation of extremist violence and domestic terrorism.

To date, it is estimated that 1,033 Americans have been arrested for participation in what is described as an ‘insurrection’ with one identifiable weapon. With 720 criminally sentenced to jail time, the remainder are awaiting sentencing by the US District Court of DC which is generally considered to be so far left as to be associated with some form of authoritarian ideologies rather than a Court that  exercises compassion or a concern for humanity. The FBI is reported to still be in pursuit of 350 Americans who committed ‘violent acts” that day.

There has, however, never been a credible resolution  or investigation of the mysterious Ray Epps rallying American citizens to enter the Capitol as if he were merely a casual  bystander.  Little attention has been afforded to the former Chief of the Capitol Hill police Steven Sund testimony before the Senate committees in February, 2021.  At that time, Sund expressed the belief that multiple federal agents were camouflaged within the crowd as  an FBI whistleblower recently revealed that FBI Director Chris Wray lied to Congress about embedded agents in the J 6  throng.

In a recently released interview with Tucker 6  Epoch Times Special Report 41,000 hours of surveillance video has publicly aired a significant portion of video identifying how a small group of ‘protestors’ stimulated the early violence which inevitably led to police launching pepper spray, munitions and grenades into the crowd of approximately 250,000 Americans.

Never lack of an inescapable irony, President Trump stands accused of motivating the January 6 event in front of the very same District Court system that will conduct his trial have already hammered many J6 defendants whose guilt remains problematic.

In an earlier article Struggling through a Constitutional Crisis, I discussed particulars about the US District Court in DC which was established via Home Rule Charter of 1973 and the smallest geographic area of any other District Court system in the US although probably the most politically influential given its relationship with the Federal government.   Given that twenty six District Court DC judges are available, it is interesting to note how the wheel of justice ‘randomly’ selects its judges.

Of special interest have been certain unarmed Defendants who have received the most extreme sentences citing seditious conspiracy  ambiguously defined as activities that undermine the state without directly attacking it or  to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States” which might easily be applied to millions of discontented American citizens.   They are:

Stewart Rhodes who received the most harsh sentence of 18 years, Peter Schwartz received a 14 year sentence, Kelly Meggs received a 12 year sentence, Thomas Webster received 10 years. All were sentenced by Judge Amit Mehta who will now become Peter Navarro’s Judge.  Guy Reffit received a 7 year sentence from  Judge Debney Friedrich.

In addition, the only Trump appointment to the US District DC was Judge Timothy Kelly in 2017, former Counsel to Sen. Grassley on the Senate Judiciary Committee who has participated in multiple Sentencings including Joshua Pruitt for 4.5 years.

Upcoming Court Proceedings and Sentencings of interest to the American public and Members of Congress to be held at  US Federal District Court 333 Constitution Avenue NW  Washington DC:

August 14, 2023   John Eastman (22CR2022) with Magistrate G.M. Harvey  telephone status conference

August 28, 2023  John Eastman (23CR73) with Judge Kollar-Kotelly 9:30 in person status conference in courtroom 28 A

August 28, 2023 President Donald Trump (23CR257)with Judge Chutkan 10 am Courtroom 9, Status Conference

August 29, 2023 J6 Defendants Enrique Tarrio, Ethan Nordean, Joseph Biggs,  Zachary Rehl, Dominic Pezzola  (21CR75) with Judge Timothy Kelly,  Courtroom 24A, Omnibus hearing

August 30, 2023 Tarrio (J6) 21CR75 with Judge Timothy Kelly 10 am, Courtroom 11, Sentencing

August 30, 2023 Peter Navarro with Judge Amit Mehta, 8:30 am Courtroom 10, Pretrial Conference

August 30, 2023 J6 Defendant Nordean 21CR75 with Judge Timothy Kelly, Courtroom 11, Sentencing

August 30, 2023 J6 Defendant Campbell with Judge Christopher Cooper, Courtroom 15, Sentencing

August 30, 2023 J6 Defendant McLean with Judge Royce Lamberth, Courtroom 15, Sentencing

A review of the US District Court Calendar for the remainder of August reveals approximately two dozen Sentencings scheduled and while it is beyond the scope of this article to be able to specifically identify each of those defendants as related to the January 6th event, it is probable that many of them are related to District Court’s January 6th  inquisition.
