The Indigenous People who are already in charge seem to be “sold-out” to the WEF elite smart city plan. One leader said they turned the water off because of “equity” and another said he was not upset that the warning system did not go off.

The money allocated through the Build Back Better (American Rescue Plan) may be where some of the money is coming from to “pay-off” leaders. $489 million was allocated to indigenous communities: https://www.eda.gov/funding/programs/american-rescue-plan/indigenous-communities

Not sure if Lahaina received part of this ARP or indigenous community money, but it does seem that their leaders are “sold-out”.

The ones who need to rise-up to leadership need to be outside the existing system, people who are not sold-out to the globalists plans…..if there are any left. I’m not even sure if it is possible for them to do anything if they are now under a “federal emergency”.

Also, I’m not sure if Lahaina is considered Hawaiian Native Homeland (native american reservation)?

I think the indigenous people were targeted to take over the areas where they live, to take the land?
