The EO order (below) “connects being vaccinated to” the DoD, DoJ, DoAgri, VA, FDA, CDC, NIH, CMS, BARDA (Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority), etc, & thus, to “National Security”, and to effect the rapid response to emerging influenza viruses to promote National Security and Public Health – compulsory vaccination for everyone.
