As far as the headline goes, it is literally the truth, even though is knowingly misleads the public without explanation and context.

WE BELIEVE THE OLIGARCHY ACTUALLY RUNNING THE WHITE HOUSE IS THE BRITISH PILGRIMS SOCIETY IN THE CITY OF LONDON.

Its point men in the White House are Ted Kauffman with Doug Emhoff (DLA Piper Plc, Sir Nigel Knowles, Prince’s Trust International) backing him up. Henry Kissinger, longtime VP of the Pilgrims Society, was directing the London-Washington DC strategy traffic before his demise eight months ago. Biden’s newly-admitted (by Axios) ruling oligarchy is certainly that, but it is not the people we are being led to believe it is.

Here are the ages of the alleged “Biden oligarchy” culprits during the Church Committee in 1975. The purpose of this disclosure is to illustrate that the oligarchy was already in place at the time of the Church Committee in 1975, the formation of the Senior Executive Service (SES) in 1978, then the infamous Senator Daniel Inouye’s disclosure of a “shadowy government” with its own military and governance.

Ted Kaufman (“evident creepy Pilgrims dude #1”) was then age 36. He is self-described as “best friend” and “alter ego.”  Kaufman is the evident Pilgrims Society ringer in the “Biden oligarchy (of one)” and Emhoff is his Pilgrims sideman. Kaufman’s interlocked associations are evidently Pilgrims Society, for example:

Doug Emhoff (“creepy Pilgrims dude #2), Kamala Harris’ handlerhusband, was employed by DLA Piper Plc in London where his boss was Sir Nigel Knowles, confidante of King Charles the Turd, and CEO of his Prince’s Trust International. Very evidently, Emhoff married the not-black Harris in order for the Pilgrims Society in The City of London to place her in the White House as vice president.

At the time of the Church Committee, the Clintons, Podesta, Biden, Bauer, and Schumer were just Pilgrims Society understudies.

Contemporaneously, the influence of the following actors were in play in 1975. They were all members or leaders of the British Pilgrims Society:
