The failure of the Secret Service is undeniable while creating a cesspool of potential speculation as to what really happened and who is responsible.

Many others have already dissected every current aspect of this tragedy that represents the latest step in the US morphing from a Constitutional Republic into an incompetent National Security State and now a Banana Republic led by demented Joe Biden.

His anticipated replacement has his own problems despite the glorification of him by his base following Trump’s response to the attack.

Perhaps the biggest question for those who want convincing answers comes after his remarks about all that blood gushing from his ear onto his hand: https://stateofthenation.co/?p=241096

But unless this video is fake, Trump needs to explain where’s the blood because its not there on his hand or his shirt with barely any trace more than a dried clot over his ear and a small streak across his face.

It’s all part of the surreal, Kafkaesque dynamic of contemporary America where little seems authentic including the charade of the presidential election.

It’s a bizarre, unfunny parody of what should be the exercise of self-governance by a free people acting by informed consent. Instead it’s the tragic opposite with little hope any of those pretending to have answers can deliver us from this horror show.
