Russian air space was violated today by a United States P-8 aircraft, which breached the border of Kaliningrad – twice – gathering serious intelligence information as it flew almost all the way across the Russian enclave.

The map below shows the two violations of Russian air space:

The second violation of territorial air space was significantly deeper than the first.   Clearly, the US / NATO are desperate to determine Russian Force levels in Kaliningrad.
