[Note: Readers are well advised to read previous essays in this series to understand the various interconnecting aspects of these essays. Parts 3 and 4 have fairly good summary statements. But from now on we will be substantially slimming down on summaries other than to introduce where we left off in the previous essay.]

Briefly, we covered the prodigious reality of just how much deceit is prevalent in the media these days, and in government (especially at the federal level but obviously not solely, for example, given how routinely elections are stolen). Therein we focused on questions regarding how secure we can, or should, feel about religious literature being factually true (versus imagined as combined with some fiction) such as the Christian Bible and focus on the Book of Revelation.
Ontologically (‘ontos’ meaning being, existence), practically everything we ever come to believe about religion, and equally what is thought the realm of the supernatural, as supernatural spirits, have been communicated to us through human mediation in one form or another. For example, it is safe to say, that none of us have ever met the Supreme One directly (although some people, including biblical prophets, have made such claims over history—still we are left to take human mediation as in ‘their’ human word for it). Religion then is heavily based on faith as opposed to established facts.
A typical Internet definition of ‘faith’ reads: “strong belief in God or in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual ‘apprehension’ rather than proof.”
Apprehension is our human power of perceiving and comprehending. Still it is limited, and is ontologically alive within the time frame of our singular life-times, except by that which we can learn in the way of stories and recorded media such as books and other recordings. Nothing that has happened, or purported to have happened prior to our births, can be claimed to be known directly, only indirectly from stories or recordings of human interpretations.
This is what being mortal means: we are born from a state of innocence and naiveté; then we learn a variety of explanations about life and history as we live; or we experience learning through our own living directly; and finally we die, essentially leaving this terrestrial drama that still continues on after our own deaths. All this lifetime we have been held down by the gravity of our limited cameo appearances in human, biological history.
And it needs to be stated, at least, theoretically, that ‘all’ forms of recorded mediation about history and knowledge can be tampered with, and biased, even to the extent that we are told blatant untruths rather than truths. In fact, theoretically, every so-called news source, every school and college lecture, every fairytale and movie, every novel, etc., etc., can traffic in misinformation and disinformation (and frankly this is reality far more than many realize). Bottom-line: as unlikely as it may seem, to the extreme, it is theoretically possible that a majority of people in any given culture or society can be brainwashed far more extensively than that majority would ever suspect.
Id. est. (Latin for “that is to say”): although most of us are readily aware there is deceit in this world, too few of us ever come to realize exactly how much such deceit plays its role in human life culture and the world at large, and has done so throughout history.
Arguably deceit is at least as prevalent now as any time in history, including, even as we embark to learn how the long history of religion is imbued with falsehoods too.

Whereas in truth a lot of people at the convention did ‘not’ energetically clap for Matt Brooks’ call to support Israel—nor should they have.

There are both a plenty of republicans and democrats who do not back up Israel and its war crimes in Gaza. And again nor should they!

But you reader, oh naïve American, you are not supposed to think deeply, nor morally, about such foreigner-imposed propaganda. This would be the equivalent of eating from the forbidden Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. If you do you will be summarily condemned for doing so. After all, this has been decreed historically by certain tribal people, who claim to speak with authority as if acting like Gods, and currently and arbitrarily command that you are not allowed to learn and partake of alternative thoughts or feelings. Proscriptions and censorship is being built like prisons all around you. Your independence and self-determination has been usurped.
If you learn of such conspiracies, such manipulations on what you are allowed to know and think, you will be punished, and ostracized, because you are not conforming to their (be it political party bosses, political candidates, or any number of special interest powers) orders to just be ‘good’ obedient vassals in this controlled society.

Henry Makow PhD starts out this important, instructive, and not so lengthy essay:

These two insightful articles are not part of the mainstream media, much of which is controlled by politically interested and connected cabals of Jews of one variety or another, even as if it is also true some outlets of the MSM have finally begun reporting more truth about what is really going on in Israel and Gaza (they have to—to maintain any credibility).
And of course it is not just the news empires that can distort reality. Technically, any person in a modern society can be taught, from early on, major forms of fictions, falsities, presented and reinforced as fact, to a point by which loads of people in that society (or the world) both live, and then die decades later, never knowing how many untruths they came to believe as reality (especially as it relates to history and religion). Life has quite a bit of mystery within its curtains.
What are the changes someone born into the 20th or 21st century would be taught say 80 to 90 percent factually accurate depictions of the last 5000 years of history and religion. Ponder and guess. If you are tempted to be skeptical you should be because only a fool would assume the human race is honest and fair-minded enough to not much taint truth to a point it would be unrecognizable.
Verily, then, there is a great deal more to, so-called, “conspiracy theories” than what many assume are mostly nonsense. And you have to admit exploring potential conspiracy theories within and about the Bible makes for good curiosity, if not interesting diversion, and maybe even an opportunity to stretch one’s imagination—as do conspiracy theories do in general.
Some reasons to study conspiracy theories include: 1) many are interesting 2) they motivate you to think outside the box (the box being official narratives) 3) you have opportunity to play detective as if you are engaged in putting together a puzzle 4) many seriously intelligent people devise some of these conspiracies, and other intelligent people study them and 5) some, enough to warrant consideration, are true! (and not just kind of true but heavily true).
And the idea that religions may utilize them as well, that is to say, those humans who created religious scripture and religious history, is equally worthy of skeptical thought.
So speaking of the “forbidden fruit of the tree of knowledge” this conspiracy of this essay postulates the Adam and Eve story is really a story about censorship and establishing authority to impose censorship. Adam and Eve were punished for wanting certain kinds of awareness.
Realize this is just a theory, as the story is a story which can be interpreted in different ways. Is it coincidence the words ‘story’ and ‘history’ are related—not deferring here to the feminist rebuttal of herstory? A story is a narrative. Any narrative can be manipulated in thousands of ways depending on who is writing the story—equally true for history (which itself could make the discipline interesting).
Anyway, our conditioning process lesson from early on, in the very first gospel of the Old Testament, is that whatever you, the reader, are not supposed to know about, or think about, or especially get politically active about, is the same as being punished for eating the forbidden fruit, id. est., eating knowledge, so censorship is required to suppress access to certain forbidden ideas.
Why would such a story appear so early in the canon of the Pentateuch, or even at all? Do responsible people have a right, and maybe a duty, to ponder such a question?
We have, in earlier parts of this series, already come to understand that taking the time to learn more about those lesser known unofficial gospels (apocrypha) opens our eyes to important insights on religious history and meaning.
The word apocrypha means ‘things put away or hidden’ from Medieval Latin apocryphus, ‘secret’ or ‘non-canonical’.
We also now know many of the Biblical stories actually came from older religions (older than Judaism). These explorations equally help to ascertain the more complicated truths of religion and religious history.
But we still need old fashioned eureka-flashes of moxie! to see between the cracks. We need to ask how do prominent Biblical stories relate to the exercise of power (politics) and human manipulation (psychology)? Only the naïve just take in dogma without actually realizing the messages behind the messages.
Further, to study insights from various theological scholars who focus on those now ancient Gnostic gospels and their relationship with Second Temple Judaism help us realize there is no eminent Second Coming of Jesus likely to happen in the 21st century (in fact very unlikely). Still we have to use our imaginations as to figure out what is actually behind biblical stories (as to how these stories operate as psychology and politics—our mission if you will). What purpose do they really serve?
After all it is the individual soul in the religion of Christianity, and some other religions, that is individually morally judged and rewarded by a Supreme Judge based on what happens in the mind and soul of the individual being judged. You know—judgement day and just rewards.
Surely there are different explanations, some more conspiratorial than others, on what the Garden of Eden story entails and existentially means. Some relate it to forbidden sex and a sense of nakedness; some less known to mind altering chemicals (plants); many to the notion of mortality and death, from the notion of disobedience of God’s will and his justice dished out (especially given the reality of how seriously the God of the Bible takes violations of his will so seriously).
But few people, however, bother to ask about God’s or Yahweh’s motives on establishing this forbidden edict in the first place. Why was there a forbidden tree in the Garden of Eden? Was it a game? Was it playing politics? It seems like Abrahamic religion is kind of hiding or downplaying something; and when rather innocent and naïve personage by the name of Eve is tempted, with the potential for some knowledge related to power, of one kind or another, on the scale of God him or itself, well it seems quite inviting to be curious.
[Note, too, the word ‘curious’ is related to the words: cure, care, careful, secure, security, etc., and note this class of words relate to important matters as regarding survival. So being curious is normally a healthy, human trait—too bad more people did not have more curiosity!, such as to explore a few conspiracy theories now and then. Nations like ours are full of people who either think they already know enough, are alienated to try to learn important matters, or think a lot of explanations are useless (which can equally be true) and so they shut down their naturally awareness levels.
Are we getting sidetracked? We must mind our mission.
We take it for granted that in life, as we mortals know it, means we each must die, that is we do not have immortality in this world (whereas supposedly Adam and Eve had it in the Garden of Eden prior to them eating the forbidden fruit, and thus, sinning against God’s will).
There are interesting ‘human’ takes on God’s motives. Thomas Merton in his book New Seeds of Contemplation 1961 Abby of Gethsenani, Inc. (officially approved Catholic Nihil ostat via Censor Librorum) is a famous and difficult book. Regardless this Trappist mystic monk is at times dubiously obscure and yet a provocative writer. The first paragraph of his
Chapter 13: The Moral Theology of the Devil he reads:
“The devil has a whole system of theology and philosophy, which will explain, to anyone who will listen, that created things are evil, that men are evil, that God created evil and that He directly wills that men should suffer evil. According to the devil, God rejoices in the suffering of men and, in fact, the whole universe is full of misery because God has willed and planned it that way.”
This is an interesting and more esoteric take on theories on the devil (as is the chapter). Nevertheless it should not surprise anyone such an idea is not new. If we remember Marcion of Sinopewas one of the great heretics of early Christianity. Wikipedia says:
“Marcion preached that God had sent Jesus Christ, who was distinct from the “vengeful” God (Demiurge) who had created the world. … his doctrine is called Marcionism.

Accordingly, he was a brilliant scholar and one of the first to recognize there needed to be a New Testament canon (and yet his take on which gospels truly reflected Christianity were not to win out as canon, attacked by himself was excommunicated (so more or less censored from the Tree of Knowledge of the New Testament). Wikipedia says: “Tertullian claimed Marcion was the first to separate the New Testament from the Old Testament.[18] Marcion is said to have gathered scriptures from Jewish tradition, and juxtaposed these against the sayings and teachings of Jesus in a work entitled the Antithesis.”
Such controversy, way back then, can get a person to wonder about any number of religious stories. For example, if you really think about it, and ask yourself: “Do I really even want to live for eternity, as a biological creature, even in a supposed Garden of Eden paradise here on planet earth?”
Would not, some of the things I currently enjoy, eventually lose their luster? How about someone who is relatively old, who has osteoarthritis especially in the back column, and who now limps with age, and may also suffer from various aging impediments like hemorrhoids, etc. and dementia, would this person really want to live biologically for eternity?
Or even if the body would not age in such a garden as Fertile Crescent Eden, still eating your favorite Italian meal (or Babylonian meal) for the 2049nd time, would it not eventually lose some of its appeal? It is hard to know.
And when you think about an afterlife in some heavenly realm after you die, you never hear of any other of this planets’ multiplicity of species, or their imagined souls or forms, residing there: no plants, birds, insects, cats, skunks, etc. How captivating could it be with just God, saints, angels and humans hanging around? It doesn’t sound exoticly colorful or stimulating. Some people like being it in the mountains being amongst the trees, rocks and birds. Lying under a huge and wonderful pine tree on a warm day admiring all the green chlorophyll and watching the birds and hummingbirds. A heaven without all these earthly luxuries? No sandy beach or sunset?
Even depictions of God in heaven have clouds, sunshine and winged angels, but why wings if no wind and weather? It gets mystifying. If God sits on a throne does that mean there is gravity and he has a derriere? A heaven bereft of millions of other species and physical geological and astrological realities sounds somewhat barren. Who knows? Just speculating.
But certainly the marketing department did not do the best of jobs on selling the idea of going to Christianity’s heaven after one dies. “Well you do not want to go to hell do you!” is kind of lame.
Couldn’t there be other choices? Couldn’t we have some say in the conditions of an afterlife—it’s going to be a long time. Are we souls so similar that we all be happy with the same seeming emptiness—I’ll have nothing and be happy? Maybe. I could sing in angelic choir if I have vocal cords and there is air-like gases to modulate tones.
Anyway, no telling what Adam and Eve knew and were thinking about such matters before they lost their immortality therein Mesopotamia. One thing is seemingly true—it was not just the Judaic bible that had the notion of a heavenly garden story or sacred trees.
How does a 20th century soul make sense of trying to make sense out of all the various religions that borrowed from each other through say, five to ten thousand years of history? Quite the daunting task.
It is noteworthy to point out that there are plenty of theologian scholars of the Bible, who do not seem to see much connection between the stories (fables) in the Bible and how such inherent psychology could play out in real time politics today and throughout history. Such people know a great deal, technically, about the Bible, and its history, but listening to some of their explications of what the Old Testament meant, and should mean to people today, can be a real challenge, such as to how bored out of your mind you may want to become or stay.
Who cares, for example, if the snake in the Garden of Eden was not a lesson in reptilian biology? And of course it doesn’t matter if snakes technically evolved from the Middle Jurassic Epoch, or there are over 3000 species of these crawly creatures. The snake in the Pentateuch is symbolic of deceit, temptation and evil. It is a slippery and supposedly subtle creature. It is about psychology and the practice of power (politics). His story is about words, motives and thoughts being used to connive others. This, if you will, seems conspiratorial.
[Note too: Did you know the word ‘conspiracy’ is related to the word ‘spiritual”? Latin ‘spiritus’ means to breathe. To con-spire means ‘con’ with + ‘spirit’ breathe or “to breathe with another” (such that two or more persons, or snakes, are secretly plotting an elaborate scheme)! How human is that? Sounds pretty darn down-to-earth terrestrial, and in-this-lifetime temporal, like what happens every fricken day here on Planet Paradise. Just being a bit cynical.]
But therefore we don’t need extra-terrestrial creatures or even crawly reptiles to get this kind of spiritual activity underway.

If the Garden of Eden tree had special God-like knowledge did the story need a snake to tempt a human or is this psychology playing on one’s presumptions? Note the snake is acting as if it is at least equal in mental capacities to both Adam and Eve. One biological explanation to this is the realization primates are instinctively fearful of snakes. Just like the idea that dragons too, in their similarity to fire-breathing reptile birds, are kind of scary.
And we are not even talking breathing in Maui Wowie reefer madness at some Maui beach—although we could be. They, back in the Levant, did too, back in those good old Mesopotamia days, engage occasionally in mind alternating chemicals, like hashish, when they were fermenting beer thousands of years ago (not then served cold). And can you blame them with all that sun and shadowy past?
We are getting sidetracked and losing our way.
Again, to re-orientate, we are running with the conspiracy theory that people with power (not necessarily absolute power) are sometimes predisposed to censor ideas and information from others, and to act self-righteously about it, and sometimes even to suggest it is for everyone’s best interests, so much so as to codify it into some sacred scripture. Your job as a living, breathing soul, is to decide if you are compliant and to accept the notion that you are not supposed to know certain things about the Tree of Knowledge or to question such propositions.
And yet people like Julian Assange and Chelsea (Bradley) Manning might disagree as to whether all information censored by the-powers-that-be, TPTB, is truly in everyone’s best interests, or that such a decree is justified, but that is how those cookies were getting cooked and cut on planet paradise. The real questions has been: “Are the Gods truly trustworthy?” And if the evidence suggest otherwise, and even detrimental, do we as soul searchers have a right and or duty to find out.
Human beings, id, est., Homo sapiens, creatures with the actual brain capacity to engage deceit, by way of arguments, sometimes do conspire and conceal important information from others, and in the process they devise alternative deceit propaganda to divert those who are curious, and they may act angry and self-righteous if asked about their conspiratorial doings. The whole Garden of Greater Israel myth needs to be exposed for what it is—a story of elaborate strands of disinformation. [Note: And certainly this is not to suggest everything you read in the Bible is made up as mere affirming alibi. Certainly there is a great deal to learn about the exercise of power (government), human nature, culture, history, anthropology, multiple religions, multiple deities, psychology and politics from such study of the Bible and other world religions in general.
Humanity needs guiding lights, human and societal values, and spiritual perspectives, etc., which is why there will always be religions.
The point is that you, a limited, one-life creature (as we know so far) are still responsible for what you belief and think. And you are a fool to blindly hand over all the thinking and power to others and institutions, even if they are marketed as ruled and controlled by supernatural beings. The devil himself can claim to speak for God, and supposedly has done so.
You are still responsible to yourself for deciding what is moral and what is not moral. Just because a government spokesperson or a religious leader claims something is moral does not mean it is so. You are not allowed excuses and ignorance, like ‘supposedly’ the German people and Nazis are were reputed to have said: “I did what I was commanded to do.”

Most Israelis in the Netanyahu government argue the current war in Gaza is not primarily about ridding indigenous Palestinians out of Palestine or exterminating them, but rather defeating Hamas. Many right-wing Zionists make such a case but it is flagrant deception.
Rather the motives are clearly about expropriating land by any psychopathic means necessary—and it is obvious to anyone who truly investigates the situation—which is why the International Court of Justice, ICJ, has ruled the way it has ruled.

But apparently, according to some, his real goal again was to get the United States into a major war with Iran AGAIN!!
However, if you google any search engine for “Netanyahu lying about Iran’s nuclear ambitions” (which has happened literally dozens of times over many years) you will instead likely get articles on Netanyahu declaring it’s those Iranians who are lying about nuclear weapons!
How ironic that the entire Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, namely the Internet itself, is engaged in deception on the side of Israel (and Elon Musk ain’t making it much better). Thus even though trees can, and do, grow vivaciously wild they also can be pruned and reshaped to fit the human interests of some.
Still, along with Zionist Jews, and too many Zionist Christians, the TPTB desire to hide the fact that many Jews themselves are against Israel’s war on the Palestinian population en large, as they are trying instead to suggest, nay blatantly claiming, it is Hamas infiltration of American colleges that is instigating much of America’s college protests across the country.
Why then were two of the most Jewish of colleges in the United States involved, early on, in protesting against Israel’s genocide, namely Harvard and Columbia in New York? Regardless, right-wing Jewish dominated mouthpieces railed against ‘foreign’ Muslims behind these cries for moral and legal civility. But frankly it should not matter who is behind calls for justice—especially in a society that once honored the 1st Amendment.
All the outlandish clapping and celebrating of Benjamin the Butcher’s speech was beyond the pale. It was clear-proof evidence of how much powerful and cabalistic Jews own the U.S. Empire, a tour de force that at the same time, in which 99% of the worlds’ sane and humane people found disgusting beyond contempt. Many people have never seen or heard of anything more repugnantly shameless in their lifetimes. Also despite the fact that Harvard University is also heavily populated by Caucasian Jews as well (as opposed to what could be a fairer sampling of Caucasian gentiles—especially straight white men who have been actively discriminated against there) and despite the fact many wealthy Jewish philanthropists donate multiple millions of dollars to the Harvard Trust (which allows them to attempt to manipulate the politics on the campus and to be successful) Greenblatt, again, found it necessary to chastise more left-wing, Jewish-dominated protests against Israel’s genocide of Palestinians.
Yes a money-grabbing non-profit ADL, so supposedly stellar on human rights for all, has a current spokesperson who is all about guilt-finding and lying-through-his-teeth, as he inevitably gets away with advocating for the censoring of left-wing Jews who oppose Israeli war crimes and genocide. He not only allows for genocide within his soul, if it is against Palestinian gentiles, but argues for sanctions against those who are trying to do the right thing.

Realize, especially as well, those so-called “violent protests” a minority of Jews claimed were attempting to intimidate Jewish students, en masse, on campuses (supposedly hiding in Hillel), while some police departments “allowed” violence to happen as they deliberately stood down such as at UCLA Los Angeles (due to political pressure and commands from mayors who got phone calls with implied or explicit threats) were really acting out violence against protestors who were anti-genocide (many of them Jewish actually assaulted).
Furthermore, there was little violence until non-college, hired saboteur-thugs got involved to attack the legitimate college students who were practicing free-speech rights (but Greenblatt and the likes of Donald Trump were duplicitously complaining about leftists being the violence problem—no mendacity by these high-minded public relations experts and political men (as to what Greenblatt really is and has been).
