Never before in history has any health epidemic or crisis been used to warrant the kind of draconian measures presently being instituted across our nation: the disruption of people’s lives, livelihoods and the denial of our constitutionally guaranteed civil rights and freedoms.


“NY Stands Up!” is a grassroots organization modeled after “Ohio Stands Up!” which was formed to challenge the fraudulent state of emergency in Ohio.  Our New York members understand that no legitimate pandemic or state of emergency exists.  We assert that our public officials know this, and are committing fraud.
