Biden Sends Warships Into Black Sea; Putin Authorizes Use of Nukes and Pope Calls For Global Governance

Moves on the Grand Chessboard are becoming more dangerous daily as tensions escalate in Ukraine along with other flash points such as Taiwan and the Middle East.
The situation in Ukraine has become particularly troublesome to say the least with President Biden dispatching two US warships into the Black Sea and Putin responding by authorizing the use of nuclear weapons to protect Russia.
Cold War 2 is heating up as the worst confrontation since the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962. It is hard to exaggerate the seriousness of these developments with the world also encumbered by other problems like the Pandemic, financial uncertainty and social unrest in many countries around the globe.
Meanwhile, the Pope has stepped up with a call for Global Governance that appears to support the agenda of both the World Economic Forum and the Democratic Party.
Simultaneously with these dramatic moves is the call for new economic relationships such as Putin’s upcoming announcement of a Great Eurasian Partnership that likely parallels China’s One Belt/One Road Initiative while competing with the Davos plan for a Great Reset.
It is clear that we have entered a unique historical time frame similar to the turmoil that preceded WWII in the 1930s. Hopefully saner heads will prevail and usher in a new age of peace and prosperity by eschewing the typical default position of relying on force to resolve complex problems.
However unlikely that may seem at this precarious moment, opting for peaceful approaches has never been more mandatory to insure the survival of the planet and its nearly 8 billion inhabitants.
We need a Great Awakening…..not more wars……that insures the preservation of humanity, not actions that might readily trigger armed conflict or even a nuclear conflagration.
