The site appeared to have been taken down circa April 28,2021 without notice and remained off-line for a few weeks. Apparently it was down for maintenance and is now somewhat restored with a new look, except that:
(1) The main page claims to provide 189 countries with data from 2019 and forecast for 2025, but the 2025 forecast appears to be missing.
(2) The two interesting disclaimers (found below the notice) appear to be missing in the new version
