Good morning, California!  ICAN will be suing your governor!

Your governor has effectively deemed every parent in your state unfit!  He has decided that none of you can decide for yourselves whether or not your child should get a Covid-19 vaccine.  He has made the decision from on high!  You must give each of your children the vaccine (2 doses for now, how many in the future?) which has not even been approved for children under 16 years old yet, or else they will be expelled from school.  Worse yet, he implored other governors across the country to follow his dictatorial authoritarian lead and mandate the children of their states as well.

It is truly the height of authoritarianism to require children to receive a Covid-19 vaccine when:

It is indeed a wake-up call and a reminder that these types of dictatorial mandates cannot stand.  We are going to fight them in every way possible, including in the courts, no matter how many times it takes until the truth prevails and we regain our rights.  If we don’t stop them here, where will it end?  Our hope is that it ends in California.
