Dane Wigington introduces “Joe” as a research scientist from a top-10 University who reports finding graphene, surfactants and altered pH (acidity) in rainwater. This interview is not concise on exactly what was found and there is no mention of a written report. Dane claims “Joe” will be interviewed again at a future date.
