The screenshot that follows taken from the official NOAA website was captured today, Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024, of a brand new tropical storm developing as marked by the orange X.

Now here’s the screenshot of Hurricane Helene before “Tropical Storm Nine” was geoengineered into a Cat 4 hurricane and then further weaponized against at least 6 states in the Southeast.
